Pros:

Az étteremben dolgozók figyelmessége,de különösen a vacsoránál volt ez érezhető.A pincérek udvariassága,a finom és változatos ételek.Tetszett még a saját strand.

Cons:

A belső medencék nagyon klór szagúak voltak,csípték a szemünket,nem is voltunk ott sokszor.
A szoba tisztasága sem volt makulátlan,a szekrény alsó részét én takarítottam ki a portól,hogy bele tudjak pakolni....
Az utolsó nap reggelén a kicsekkolásnál a recepción az egyik menedzser hölgy volt.Szóltunk neki,hogy kiszeretnénk jelentkezni.
Nem kedvesen közölte,hogy most épp foglalást vesz fel...mi vártunk türelmesen..aztán a fizetésnél is elég bunkó stílusban válaszolgatott.
Ha az ember egy 4csillagos szállodában kifizet egy rakás pénzt,elvárná,hogy legalább megkérdezzék tőle,hogy hogy érezte magát,rendbe volt e minden vagy,hogy máskor is várjuk vissza szeretettel...ez lenne a minimum..ehelyett semmi ....A recepción a kevesség,udvariasság sajnos hiányzik..1-2 ember ez alól kivétel volt.

Overall poor quality for its price point. Would not recommend.
Pros:

Great location, private beach access, good spa, play room for kids, nice communal spaces.

Cons:

Almost nothing worked in the poorly equipped room (ventillation in the bathroom was not working - visibly moldy spots…). The bed was very uncomfortable. Housekeeping service was beyond terrible. There was no soap in the wellness men’s bathroom for at least 3 days or more. Breakfast selection was very poor. They ran out of clean towels multiple times in a few days and it wasn’t even peak season.

Fantastic hotel in a prime location – great for a family holiday!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, featuring a private beach right on the lake. Although you can tell the hotel has been around for a while, it is in fine condition and kept very clean. The private parking lot is secure and guarded, though there is an extra fee for parking.

The hotel is fully equipped with great amenities, including a restaurant, bar, indoor playroom, outdoor playground, and a lovely wellness area with saunas where you can book an excellent massage. There are both indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a spacious sunbathing lawn by the beach. The lawn has plenty of space to set up sunbeds under a tree or an umbrella at no extra cost. The beach provides a very safe environment for small children to play in the sand, and the water remains shallow enough to stand even 20 meters out.

The animation team was wonderful, offering many fun activities. The mini-disco every evening was a highlight for the kids.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet part of the hotel. The beds were excellent, and we slept very well every night. We also enjoyed the nice balcony, which was practical for drying our swimsuits. The air conditioning worked well and could safely be left on during the day to keep the room cool.

The buffet for breakfast and dinner was good, varied, and had no long waiting times. For lunch or snacks during the day, the poolside bar and the food truck—which serves delicious lángos—offered great options between meals.

The surrounding area is ideal. It is only a 15-minute walk to the town center and the harbor, making it easy to go on boat tours or take the ferry.

Finally, the staff everywhere were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They truly made us feel pampered throughout our stay.

Cons:

We noticed that many small tiles were missing from the swimming pool floor and sides. It required some caution to avoid getting hurt. This particular aspect shows that some maintenance is needed in the pool area.

Nagyon szép szálloda, a beltéri medencék is nagyon tetszettek kicsiknek és nagyoknak is. Biztos, jövünk még.

Cons:

Csak a vízforralót hiányoltam a szobából. :)

Legyen lehetoseg a felujitott szobakat is foglalni, mert a superior mar nagyon lelakott ezert az arert.

A medencek, az animatorok es a gyerekeknek elerheto jatekok nagyon jok.

Cons:

Juliusban is foglaltam bookingon keresztul superior szobat. A szoba kicsi, koszos es kenyelmetlen volt. A klima borzalmasan hangos volt. Igy mar akkor kertem, hogy az augusztusi foglalasnal szeretnek egy deluxe szobat felar elleneben kapni.

Cons:

Na booking pisze, że śniadania i kolacje w cenie. Podczas kolacji okazało się, że nawet za wodę trzeba dodatkowo zapłacić, nie mówiąc o innych napojach. Porażka jak na taką cenę i standard! Nie miałabym nic przeciwko gdyby było to podane podczas rezerwacji! Oszustwo!

Pros:

Pekné interiérové ihrisko pre deti, bazény tiež fajn. Vonkajší bazén pre deti naozaj dosť studená voda (ale možno sme len mali "šťastie"), izby by už potrebovali obnovu na 4* hotel. Raňajky a večere by mohli byť pestrejšie.

Pros:

A szállás elhelyezkedése jó, a wellness tetszett. A szoba kényelmes volt. A személyzet nagyon kedves, a gyerekprogramok is jól voltak.

Cons:

Sajnos a tisztasággal volt problem, mind a szobában, mind az étteremben. Az étteremben sajnos az étkezések során koszos tányérok voltak a vendégek előtt, volt ami törött volt, és sajnos voltak csorba evőeszközök is. Sajnos még úgy is, hogy szinte minden étkezésnél jeleztük a problémát. Azért remélem az utánunk látogatoknak jobb tapasztalatuk lesz A vacsorához a vízert irreálisan sok pénzt kérnek. Az ételek választeka más hitelekhez képest kevés, reggelire szinte minden reggel ugyanaz volt.
