Ich war öfters im Hotel Carbona leider hab ich den Unterschied gesehen diesmal dass es nicht so sauber war und das Essen

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub mit perfektem Ambiente.
Pros:

Uns hat alles gefallen. Besonders aber: die großzügige Thermenlandschaft mit dem herrlich warmen Wasser, die Bemühungen der Hotelleitung einen gewissen Stil aufrechtzuerhalten und vor allem die AUSGEZEICHNETE Küche!

Kiváló wellness, úszómedencével és termálmedencékkel.
Pros:

A wellness részleg nagyon magas színvonalú. Félpanzión voltunk, nagyon ízletes és nagy a választék. Nagy a tisztaság, a személyzet nagyon segítőkész és udvarias.

Cons:

Két javaslat: a tusolórózsák egy része tönkrement, erősen szórja a vizet, célszerű lenne cserélni. Korábban volt egy negatív vendég vélemény az arara papagáj kapcsán. Én nem vagyok szakértő, de elhiszem a szállodának, hogy a tartási körülmények megfelelőek a madár számára. Nem látom viszont mi értelme van tartani ezt a madarat. Sokan észre sem veszik. Ha nincs sok hozzáadott értéke akkor minek tartani?

Sehr schönes Wellnesshotel mit Potential
Pros:

Das sehr gute und vielseitige Frühstück und das hervorragende Angebot beim Abendessen. Der Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön und ansprechend. Der Zimmerservice hat schnell und sehr gründlich gereinigt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer sollte saniert werden und die deutlich sichtbaren Mängel (Duschkopf war z.B. nur mit einem Pflaster fixiert usw.) beseitigt werden.

Отличный спа отель Карбона на озере Хевиз.
Pros:

Замечательный спа отель недалеко от озера Хевиз, рядом с рынком. Отличная лечебная база. Особенно хочется отметить высококлассных специалистов грязелечебницы и масажистов. В комнате была ежедневная уборка и замена полотенец. Сантехника в отличном состоянии.

Cons:

Иногда постояльцы курили на балконе, что запрещено. Было бы неплохо установить на балконе знаки запрещающие курение.
