מקום האירוח נמצא במקום מאוד רגוע, מרכזי שממנו ניתן לצאת לטיולי כוכב באזור..
הבריכה החיצונית הייתה פצצה, מחוממת , מעוצבת יפה, כיף לשחות בה..
הבריכה הפנימית קרירה, מצריך לחמם אותה ובכלל יהיה פצצה..
האוכל היה בסדר למי שאוכל את האוכל, הפנקייקים והוופל בלגי לילדים פחות..
בלובי יש פינות ישיבה עם משחקי שחמט, ששבש , קלפים
כל ערב ישבנו בלובי עם הילדים ושיחקנו , היה מאוד נחמד
רק להגביר את המזגן בלובי ויהיה מעולה ..
יש מסעדות קרובות בסביבה שאפשר לאכול שם צהריים, יש מכולת קרובה שאפשר לקנות בקבוקי מים

המיטה של ההורים הייתה לא נוחה, קשה מאוד.
המקלחון מאוד קטן, השירותים תלויים באלכסון ככה שהאסלה לא נשארת מורמת ונופלת (הנתון מפריע לגברים)
המיטה של הילדים זו באמת ספה נפתחת למשטח עץ שריפדו אותה כנראה בפוף , לא היה נוח לילדים.
המלון בקונספט מיושן, גם החדר, לא מודרני, פחות הטעם שלי..
בבריכה החיצונית השמשיות לא היו מחוזקות למעמד שלהם ועפו אחורה לדשא מספר פעמים, סכנת נפשות.
בבריכה לא מחלקים מגבות, אלא מעין סדין לבן שלא באמת סופג את המים שעל הגוף..
לא אהבתי שעל בקבוק מים בארוחת הערב גובים 2000 פורינט שכולל גם שירות, מים זה דבר בסיסי בארוחה.
השתייה החמה במכונת קפה יוצא פושר על גדר הקר, אין אפשרות להגדיר בהגדרות המכונה שיהיה חם יותר/רותח..
המזגן בחדר לא קירר, זה היה בגדר אוורור גם כששמנו על הרמה הכי גבוהה ועל מעלות נמוכות..
צריך להשאיר את המגבות על הרצפה על מנת שיחליפו ..

Pros:

Das Essen war perfekt, es war immer viel und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal immer bemüht, freundlich und sie konnten alle deutsch. Das Spa-Angebot und Beauty-Angebot war groß. Vom Haarschnitt bis zur Fussreflexmassage war alles dabei.

Cons:

Leider gehört das Thermalbad renoviert, man kann ohne weiteres darin relaxen und entspannen, aber leider lösen sich schon die Mosaik-Fliesen.

A spa részleg, a szabadtéri medencék. Megfelelő számú fekvőhely volt. A szálloda hangulata. Sajnos mindent nem tudtunk kipróbálni a 3 éjszaka alatt.

Cons:

A dress-cód. Nyaralok, ilyenkor nem hordok hosszú nadrágot, és teljesen logikátlan, hogy reggel miért mehetek rövidnadrágba? Illetve a hölgyekre semmilyen szabály nem vonatkozik? Van aki vacsorázni is fitness rövidnadrágban, és strandpapucsban vacsorázott. Diszkriminatívnak érzem. Akkor a hölgyektől is várják el a megfelelő öltözéket.

V tomto hotelu jsme byli už vícekrát, welnes, sauny a termální bazén hotelu je velmi dobrá, ale je potreba zmodernizovat

Welnes, dobrá lokalita.

Cons:

Byli jsme ve starší části hotelu, pokoj čistý, ale sprchový kout je nevyhovující, dveře od sprchy se uvolnily a zranily mě. Také postele je potřeba vyměnit.

Pros:

A szálloda szèp,de sajnos a szoba büdös volt,a fürdöszoba szűkös,a lefolyó szaga èrződött. A többi ellátàssal megvoltunk elègedve.
