Un hôtel charmant et confortable
Pros:

Nous avons aimé le confort des chambres (literie), la décoration atypique dans le style vénitien, la vue sur la lagune (superbe), la gentillesse du personnel (du début à la fin vous étiez à nos petits soins, et avez donné de bons conseils). Éléments de confort à disposition dans la chambre très appréciables (cafetière, frigo avec eau gazeuse et naturelle). Un hôtel charmant, et calme.

Cons:

Un léger dépoussiérage sur les plinthes en bois au plafond situées au dessus du lit serait nécessaire, et il faudrait régler le problème de l'écoulement de l'eau dans le lavabo.

Fantastic little hotel in Venice
Pros:

The proximity to the Alilaguna stop from the airport was amazing! The hotel is located in an area where you can escape the crowds, but all the sites are within easy walking distance (all of Venice is within easy walking distance really!) There is a supermarket nearby, as well as many bars & restaurants, but not so close to be a nuisance.
The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is delicious & as it is "prepared to order" you can make it as little or much as you like...and you can even have it in your room if you prefer for no extra charge!
There is a Nespresso machine in the room, as well as complimentary water in your room fridge.

Cons:

In my opinion the room was very warm (but I was happy walking around Venice without a coat on in February!) and we couldn't make the thermostat turn the heating off, but we did open the windows which helped. However, being at street level, the noise from the Alilaguna boats was a bit of a bother for my husband - it didn't really bother me at all. Some people appeared in to be looking into our room as they walked past, but the windows are mirrored on the outside so they were just looking at themselves - just be aware they would be able to see in if the lights are on in the room & the curtains are open!
I think the negatives are far outweighed by the positives of this hotel

Parfait !
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner, la possibilité de le prendre en chambre gratuitement
Les produits de salle de bain (crème hydratante, après shampoing…)
La gentillesse du personnel
Merci beaucoup pour la bouteille de Prosceco offerte en chambre quand ils ont vu que c’était mon anniversaire, c’est vraiment adorable !

Tranquila y muy agradable.
Pros:

El desayuno era muy amplio, debías escoger entre varias opciones que había disponibles, es decir, podías escoger más de una opción y te lo preparaban antes de tu llegada al comedor o te lo llevaban a la habitación.

Cons:

La televisión de la habitación, podría ser algo más moderna y con más variedades de opciones dentro.

Pros:

Lo staff davvero meraviglioso. Gentili, cordiali, sorridenti. La colazione in camera, gratuitamente, è davvero una bella pensata. Bella la vista sulla laguna.

Cons:

La doccia è minuscola. Una persona leggermente in sovrappeso fatica a entrarci, mi sono sentito a disagio, non riuscivo nemmeno a muovermi. La pulizia non era delle migliori e in generale la stanza davvero piccola (non so se è nella media a Venezia)
