Jolie vue sur la lagune, pour un séjour très agréable
Pros:

literie confortable
Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux (à volonté, il suffit de demander!)
Personnel très à l'écoute de nos demandes, et plein de petites attentions pour mon anniversaire

Cons:

l'hôtel donne sur le quai, pratique pour les déplacements, et la vue sur le la lagune, mais parfois un peu bruyant...après, à Venise, l'habitat est resséré

Pros:

The staff is very welcoming and kind. The hotel is right in front of the busy vaporetto station, and a 17 min. walk to St. Marco square. The location is convenient to reach any point in Venice, and the hotel faces the beautiful lagoon.
The bed and pillows in the room are very comfortable, and the bathroom has everything you need.

Cons:

It is not that we didn't like it, but just a note for those staying in rooms on the ground floor: people walking down the street pass right by your window.
The breakfast area is very small, just a few tables near the reception, but the hotel has a great option - breakfast served in the room, which was an amazing experience for us.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Direkt an einer Wasserbushaltestelle. Zur Rialot-Brücke ca 10min und zum Markusplatz etwa 12min zu Fuß. Sehr sehr freundliches Personal. Bei der Ankunft haben wir kostenlos! einen Kaffee und ein MIneralwasser angeboten bekommen. Frühstück wird am Tag zuvor bestellt und kann, da der Frühstücksraum, sehr eng bemessen ist, auf dem Zimmer eingenommen werden

Nicht alles perfekt, aber das Personal reißt alles raus
Pros:

Das Personal und die Passion im aufmerksamen Umgang mit den Gästen macht den Unterschied. Frühstück musste man am Vorabend per Kreuzchen auswählen, dadurch hatte man morgens ein ausreichend umfangreiches und sättigendes Frühstück. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer aufs Meer und die Friedhofsinsel war toll. Wir waren im EG, die Fenster waren verspiegelt, so dass vorbeilaufende Touries nicht hineinschauen konnten, solange man nicht alle Lichter im Raum einschaltete. Schallisolierung nach draußen sehr gut.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer 1 war klein, Bad und Dusche noch viel kleiner, aber haben wir bewusst gegen ein größeres Zimmer, das in eine dunkle Gasse das Fenster hat, getauscht. Die Wand zum Treppenhaus war eher ungünstig, da manchmal um 5 Uhr polternde Gäste mit Koffern, die Treppe benutzen. Das kleine Hotel ist nicht durchgehend besetzt, schön wäre es, wenn die Frühschicht etwas leiser Schiebetüren schließt, hantiert und spricht, um Gästen in den unmittelbar an die Rezeption angrenzenden Zimmern im EG auch das Ausschlafen zu ermöglichen. Aber da wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben, gibt es bei aller Kritik keinen Punktabzug.

Bella habitación con vistas a la laguna
Pros:

La habitación estaba decorada con muy buen gusto, la vista a la laguna era bonita, el personal del hotel muy amable. Apreciamos también el servicio de poder tomar el desayuno en nuestra habitación. Hasta tuvieron un detallito por ser mi cumpleaños! Nos sentimos muy a gusto! Sin duda volveríamos!

Pros:

Molt bé l'esmorzar. La nit abans has de triar el que esmorzaràs però t'ofereixen si vols repetir del que vulguis. Situat davant els vaporettos que van cap a les illes. Vistes des de l'habitació cap a la laguna.

Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
Pros:

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig, lecker und liebevoll angerichtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, da alles fußläufig erreichbar ist oder die Vaporettostation vor dem Hotel genutzt werden kann. Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal dort zu Gast und würden auch ein weiteres Mal dort übernachten .

Cons:

Mir waren die Kissen etwas zu hart/zu voll. Aber da hat ja jeder andere Bedürfnisse.

Un posto stupendo
Pros:

La posizione è fantastica, sul canale e di fronte a vari punti per prendere i vaporetti in tutte le direzioni. Camere ben insonorizzare, la nostra aveva una stupenda vista laguna! Inoltre abbiamo usufruito del servizio colazione in stanza gratuito, top!

Da sistemare le prese di corrente accanto al letto

Super charming small hotel with great breakfast.
Pros:

Great location, just 250 meters from the airport water taxi stop, so super convenient.
Extremely friendly staff, excellent breakfast, charming room and comfy bed.

Cons:

It was very hot in the hotel (it wasn’t very cold outside but the heater was cranked up all the way) so it made it quite uncomfortable during the night.

What a nice surprise!
Pros:

I was not expecting too much from this little hotel and had chosen it chiefly because it was easy to reach and I was not keen to shlep my trolly across bridges. But I was very pleasantly surprised - the building is charming and beautifully maintained, from the wooden ceiling to the interior brick walls. And the staff was super friendly and caring, even concerned as to why we were not having breakfast (we just aren't breakfast people & the Nespresso coffee machine in the room was doing the trick for us). I was a little bit worried that the vaporettos will make terrible noise, but the room was very quiet.

Cons:

The rooms are, of course, small and suffer from old buildings ailments like lazy drains.
