Cheap but not cheap
Pros:

The location was good and we just wanted a place to sleep at.

Cons:

To simple and no proper facilities. No minibar. No fridge. No shampoos. The floor was stonefloor and it’s hard to tell if it’s clean or not. Too many bugs and flies in the room

Wir sind zum ersten Mal früher wegen den Missständen aus dem Urlaubsdomizil abgereist.
Pros:

Die Terasse des Studios sowie der fußläufig nahe gelegene Dorfplatz mit einer sympathischen Bar waren das Beste bzw. leider das einzig Gute. Spül- und Waschmaschine funktionieren.

Cons:

Leider stimmen weder Bilder (extremst vorteilhaft fotografiert) noch angegebene Ausstattung mit der Realität überein. Das Studio ist extrem dunkel und alles andere als sauber. Die Küchenablage war fettig und klebrig, in der Spülmaschine lag eine große Scherbe, im Brotkasten waren Brösel samt Spinnweben, in einem der drei einzigen normalen Gläser im Schrank war eine weißliche Flüssigkeit, der Zettel mit dem Wlan-Passwort eklig, der Grill unbenutzbar schmutzig,.. . Zudem gab es keinen einzigen Spülmaschinetab, kein Geschirrtuch und der Kühlschrank war nur im Gefriermodus nutzbar. Sonst lief das Wasser aus der defekten Klappe des Gefrierfachs in die Lebensmittel. Die Decken auf den Nachttischen waren voller Staub und kleinen Insekten, der Boden unter dem Bett definitv nicht geputzt. Es gab keinerlei Putzmittel, nur ein Rest Spülmittel. Und die Betten waren zwar frisch bezogen, aber die Kissen dünsteten durch den Bezug einen ekelhaft säuerlichen Geruch aus. Das ganze (sicherlich ehemals schöne Anwesen) ist sehr ungepflegt (schmutzige Polster auf den Poolliegen...). Spricht man den Besitzer auf etwas an, redet er sich raus und versucht fast schon, die Schuld beim Gast zu suchen (z. B. man wäre ja gleich nach den vorigen Gästen gekommen. Dabei sind wir erst am Abend angereist). Die Angaben zur Ausstattung stimmen ebenfalls nicht: Es gibt im Studio z. B. weder einen Backofen, noch eine Mikrowelle und auch kein Bügeleisen. Auch die Art des Besitzers ist sehr unangenehm. Wir haben es dann ziemlcih schnell gelassen, auf die Missstände hinzuweisen. Zum einen waren es wirklich zu viele, zum anderen hatten wir keine Lust auf seine unangenehme Art. Leider hatten wir die neueren Bewertungen sowie die auf Google nicht vor unserer Reise gelesen. Sonst wären wir nicht da gelandet.

Excellent Host
Pros:

I stayed one night at Fonte del Castagno and had a great experience. Roberto, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful—he even drove me to the shop to pick up groceries. He took time to explain the history of the house, share insights about the area, and make sure I had everything I needed. Warm, intelligent conversation and genuine hospitality made the stay memorable. I’m grateful for the care and would happily come back. Five stars

Bene ma non benissimo!
Pros:

Il proprietario di casa gentile e disponibile, l'appartamento era sicuramente spazioso e con finiture di pregio, la piscina era molto bella e lo spazio circostante abbastanza curato, la posizione era buona, un'ottima base di partenza per visitare le città più belle della Val d'Orcia, l'appartamento inoltre si trova nelle vicinanze di un ristorante pizzeria che consiglio vivamente.

L'appartamento aveva molti difetti tra cui la pulizia scarsissima, illuminazione insufficiente in tutti gli ambienti con interruttori caotici, fornelli che non si accendevano, televisione piccola in una sala enorme, spazio esterno scomodissimo: avendo l'appartamento al primo piano, per raggiungere il tavolo esterno bisognava fare un giro dell'oca incredibile, infatti non l'ho mai utilizzato perchè al primo tentativo si è rovesciato tutto nel vassoio, inoltre la doccia non si riusciva a regolare o veniva giù acqua fredda oppure ustionante, non c'era una via di mezzo, il condizionatore inoltre non funzionava bene, ogni tanto si bloccava.

Pros:

Piękny widok na ogród, budynki, miasto. Filmowa sceneria. Basen. Wygodne łóżko, wyposażenie kuchni : lodówka, gazówka, zmywarka mikrofalówka. TV., WiFi. Wiata że stolikiem, krzesłami, otoczona roślinnością, pomocny Roberto. Świetne miejsce wypadkowe do zwiedzania atrakcji Toskanii jak np. Cortona, Pienza Montepulciano, Arezzo.

Kabina prysznicowa wymaga wymiany, słabe ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem, apartament powierzchownie posprzątany

Bellissimo posto nel cuore della Toscana
Pros:

Struttura accogliente nel centro del paese, con parcheggio e bellissimo parco con piscina. Luogo adatto per chi viaggia con il cane. Da segnalare la gentilezza e la disponibilità del sig . Roberto che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno veramente gradevole.

A mejorar
Pros:

El lugar es bonito, la piscina bien.
Se puede parquear adentro de la propiedad.
El wifi va bien.

Cons:

Todo un poco anticuado, la ropa de cama y los colchones de las camas auxiliares se ven viejos, la habitación era oscura. La división de la ducha tenía muchísimo moho, el baño en general bastante viejo.

Agréable
Pros:

Le lieu est agréable, Roberto s’est montré très accueillant, il travaille beaucoup dans la propriété et fait tout pour l’améliorer. . Le studio est petit mais bien agencé. La piscine top!

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans la 1er appartement, l’ensemble est un peu désuet.
