J’avais plus l’impression d’être dans un Airbnb que dans un hôtel
Pros:

Très bon emplacement dans un grand parc au bord de la mer

Cons:

Les chambres avaient le charme italien des années 1970. Mais le confort date aussi de 1970
La salle de bain était limite dangereuse
Pas d’eau gratuite dans les chambres
Petit déjeuner avec supplément pour des œufs ou jus de fruit
Et service réduit au strict minimum

Very civilised & totally unique hotel
Pros:

Palazzo Belmonte is a beautiful place to stay. You can step outside and be amidst the town centre and its restaurants within minutes. The staff are delightful, totally trustworthy and always friendly and keen to help. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet and we appreciated the extra details of a fresh lemon being provided in the room along with the tea and coffee facilities, wonderful quality bed linen, luxurious towels etc. We took advantage of booking courts at the local tennis club several times that the reception staff booked for us (for which one needs a car to reach.) The beach is not packed as it can be on some of the Italian beaches and Palazzo Belmonte even has lovely shower cubicles that you can rinse off at as you come off the beach into the hotel grounds. The traditional evening "passegiata" within the town in the evening is lovely to be amongst. The history and atmosphere of the place, the spacious grounds and lovely swimming pool all make for a super relaxed stay at this most gracious accommodation.

Utterly fabulous Palazzo Belmonte
Pros:

What a truly magical place Palazzo Belmonte is. Sarah, Francesca and Sophia have created a small piece of heaven in their family Palazzo. I cant speak highly enough of it. Seldom have I found such a gem.
The staff were exceptional, helpful and courteous. They looked after me so well, thank you.
The grounds are stunning, an oasis of green with wonderful flowers and trees. The rooms were perfect, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and very clean.
I loved the breakfasts, and delicious lunch. The reception were very helpful when booking restaurants for dinner.
Great to have the private beach and I enjoyed lying by the very pretty pool.
Such a wonderful time, thank you very much indeed.

Perfect stay in a charming hotel
Pros:

Situated in the middle of Santa Maria di Castellabate, Palazzo Belmonte is a small, charming, family-owned hotel and I would highly recommend it for families with older children, couples or groups of friends. The gardens are immaculate and the pool never crowded. There is easy access to a private part of the beach where there is also a good choice of beach bars for drinks or lunch. Entirely authentic, Castellabate is full of multi-generational Italian families on holiday. It is a true escape.

Exceptional hotel
Pros:

I brought my wife and daughter to this beautiful hotel for five nights. We loved every minute of it. They have wonderful staff, extremely clean rooms, the pool is very serene and the sea is just steps away. The breakfast and lunch were everything we could ask for. The town is easily accessible and very authentic with minimal tourists. The owners of the hotel even spent time with us and we got to eat lunch with them! Can’t wait to spend more time there in the future.
