Pros:

Good location, close to the main attractions. No contact so self check in and was easy.

Cons:

I stayed with two of my friends and had a late flight back to the uk around 10pm. It was around 6-7pm and because we checked out already we decided to chill in the reception area until we head to the airport. As there were no staff around, we didn’t know if we were allowed to.
Eventually security came who couldn’t speak english and had to get someone on the phone to speak to us. Had to confirm that we were guests and was just waiting for our flight in the lobby since we didn’t think we were allowed back to the room after check out.
It felt quite uneasy having two big security guys standing there for about 20 minutes. There were other guests coming in and out around. We weren’t loitering but probably thought so (being muslim and wearing hijab probably didn’t help). After confirmation they left.

Overall, room was nice

Pros:

Very good location, close to the city center. Free parking was a big plus, and the 24-hour self check-in without a reception desk was convenient and easy to use.

Cons:

The room felt quite worn and in need of renovation. The carpet was dirty and had visible stains. Also, the wall lamp next to the bed was not working.

Palvelua ei paikan päällä, mutta viestintä toimi erinomaisesti eli hyvää palvelua saimme.
Pros:

Sijainti oli hyvä. Sisäänkirjautuminen itsepalveluna toimiva. Siisti ja rauhallinen. Aamiainen oli myös hyvä. Pihapiirissä parkkipaikkoja rajoitetusti, mutta meille ainakin löytyi. Lähin kiva ravintola myös pihapiirissä.

Cons:

Suite ei vastannut ihan omia suite-Standardejani eikä täysin huonekuvausta, mutta oli riittävän tilava ja siisti. Palautteeni käsiteltiin kuitenkin hyvin ja lopulta viihdyimme hyvin.

Tobula vieta sutikti Naujuosius. Tiesiog šalia rotušės. Daug restoranų aplink. Labai patogu, kai apsistoji su vaikais. Self Check In labai patogus. Kilus klausimams, registratūra greitai atsako, labai lankstūs ir malonūs. Patiko. Gavote nemokamą stovėjimo vietą prie viešbučio.

Cons:

Pritrūko švaros. Kiliminė danga tiesiog baisi, dėmėta.
Pusryčiai ne patys pačiausi, bet likome visi pavalgę. Bet aptarnavimas per pusryčius tikrai liūdnas. Turi prašyti darbuotojo, kad padarytų kavos, o jos reakcija, lyg prašytum didžiausios paslaugos. Mūsų buvo daugiau, tai darbuotoja buvo tokia nepatenkinta, kad neatsimins kokių kavų mes užsisakėme. O paskui dar ir sulaukėm atsakymo, kad kai išsiplausiu indus, tada ir padarysiu. Tas labai labai nepatiko.
Ir labai slidūs laiptai. Aš buvau nėščia ir dar su mažu vaiku, tai tikrai sukėlė nepatogumų.
