Cons:

I was accommodated in a room on the last (4th) level without lift. So I asked for cancellation of the reservation and personnel (on-line) did it without any problem (the money was send back to my card) therefore I score the personnel on the highest level :-) but the room on last floor without lift... massacre.

Pros:

Patiko beveik viskas kambarys švarus ir tvarkingas.. gera lokacija

Cons:

Generalnie pani robiła nerwowy i niemiły klimat.
Parking na zewnątrz 2 Eur/h, płatne przez 24h.

Pros:

The hotel is well located in the old town, but it's otherwise not worth its price.
Pros:

The location is good, and the bathroom was fine, though the tub is unusually high with respect to getting into and out of the shower.

Cons:

The internet service is awful - unsecure and so slow that I was forced to use my phone to connect to the internet; the room was right by a parking lot with cars literally right outside the window; security is suspect, with no safe deposit box (even though the hotel's rule encourage guests to use one), and with the room door having the same code as the code for the entry to the building; and the breakfast is relatively sparse.
