Super position, in the very center of the Old Town. Everything is automatic (no keys, AI assistant via Whatsapp). Free parking

It’s fine. Ok breakfast. Nothing special.
Pros:

Good location. Easy to find.

Cons:

I prefer a place where there is some human contact. Also. Not sure why i was on the too floor, with no elevator. Someone with a suitcase would struggle.

Įsiregistravimas. Buvo velyvas atvykimas,uzsakiau 3vieų, 1suag. Ir 2 vaikam,bet lovų buvo tik 2. Kai atvyksti 1valandą nalktes , tai norisi eiti tiesiai miegoti,o me skambinti ir ieškoti lovos. Tai toks aptarnavimas nuvylė.

La ubicación es excelente, en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de todo lo que se debe visitar en Kaunas. La habitación limpia y espaciosa.

Choose something else for this price
Pros:

-Location is central, many restaurants and bars are close.

Cons:

- We were visiting Kaunas in winter time. The stairs used to enter hotel were extremely slippery and not safe to use.
- Breakfast was very poor. Very poor selection of items to choose from, the staff wasn't friendly.
- In the room the temperature was very high, we couldn't sleep with the blankets on as it was too hot. Though the bathroom was very cold.

Lovely stay in the heart of old town
Pros:

We had a lovely spacious and clean room. Excellent location - in the heart of old town! Couldn’t fault the room at all!

Cons:

I don’t mind not having on site staff when things go smoothly however at the check in - we didn’t receive our check in codes or instructions. We then were waiting around for over an hour which put a bit of a dampener on the start of our stay. I tried to call and message but nothing for ages!! Also the WhatsApp message / response was AI generated so when I asked for a taxi back to airport it kept on saying that they could pick me up from the airport. Otherwise it was a great stay!
