Great location.
Pros:

The location is great, in the Old Town. Fairly quiet location. Breakfast was really good lots of choice available. The lady who looks after breakfast is very nice and helpful. Everything was fresh too. Beds were comfortable and the room was lovely and warm. Great bathroom too. We had a family room for 3 of us (adults) which was quite large. Also the room was on the ground floor which is handy for families with small children/babies as no lift in the hotel. Unfortunately one of us didn't make it due to an accident they had prior to trip. Maybe should have rung hotel and cancelled room to a twin. Overall I was happy, my companion not so happy. I was happy with the price too.

Cons:

As I said before, we had a family room which maybe we should have changed. On Saturday night there was a small child/ren who was/were very noisy in the room next door. I know children make noise, but this went on for ages and the parents didn't say a word to them. My companion would have preferred to speak to a person on reception rather than a Chatbot or over the phone that was placed in reception. There was no local information/recommendations in the room about places to go, restaurants, travel etc., or even on the entrance hall. This would have been useful rather than Googling the whole time. The room was a little dirty. Ring marks from cups not wiped off bedside table, carpet not hoovered very well and down beside the mini bar/fridge was something white and a peanut, which I didn't touch.
