Eigenartiger Fahrstuhl
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, zwischen Alt- und Neustadt, Ausgeh- und Restaurantviertel nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Es verfügt über ein eigenes Parkhaus und serviert ein sehr gutes ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Leider war der Empfang bei Ankunft etwas unterbesetzt, so dass es zu Wartezeiten kam. Die Bedienung des Fahrstuhls bedarf einiger Erklärung: so wählt man erst die gewünschte Etage auf einem Aussenterminal, daraufhin gibt dieser den Fahrstuhl an, A,B oder C, welcher dann kommt und ohne weitere Bedienung zur gewählten Etage fährt. Die Dusche im Zimmer war etwas klein und das Licht im Bad ungenügend.

Puhas ja klienditeenindajad väga head - sõbralikud, vastutulelikud. Hommikusöök rikkalik, tervituskiri ja snäkk.

Cons:

Kahe maja vaheline labürint, jah, oranz joon on nähtav, aga näiteks erivajadusega inimestele väga ebamugav, segadusttekitav. Lisaks kostsid seinad nii väga läbi, et kuulsin naabertoa isiklikke vestlusi ja kui väljas sõitis auto mööda, oli tunne nagu 6.nda korruse asemel oleksid esimesel korrusel pärani avatud aknaga (heliisolatsioon puudulik). Parkla esimene korrus on normaalne, aga ülesse sõita ei riskinud - natuke laiema, kõrgema veoki korral on risk suur (parkla kitsas).
