Perfect stay in the heart of Marbella
Pros:

The position is super central, in the heart of Marbella. I had balcony with a fantastic view of sunrise and of Casco Antiguo. The host Tatiana is super friendly and she arranged everything perfectly, including parking. She was so nice to show me good options for eating or having a drink.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The only negative was a little problem with a broken pipeline, which can happen. But that later turned into a positive since the host was really good with quick communication and helpful to fix it asap!

Lokalizacja, starodawny wystrój, piękna klatka schodowa, obsługa, czajnik, rolety w oknach,

Cons:

Twarde poduszki, brudna narzuta, głośno z ulicy, mała łazienka, zaduch w łazience, problemy z podłączeniem czajnika i bojlera. Czajnik zepsuty można się poparzyć. Mało kontaktów.

Sehr zentrale Lage in der Altstadt.
Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr nett eingerichtet.
Man kann sich darin wohlfühlen.

We arrived on Friday, 06.03.2026, and in the bathroom of the apartment there was a very strong sewage smell that spread throughout the entire apartment. Late on Friday night, we contacted Booking customer support and informed them that we would leave the apartment in the morning.
In the morning, while we were leaving, a woman (the manager) explained that they were aware of the problem and that the reason was construction work being done by a neighbor.
They were aware of the issue, but they did not refund the money for the night that we were unable to stay because of the unhygienic conditions.
In the morning, the manager suggested that we move to another room, but since we had already arranged another apartment and did not want to risk our vacation any further, we decided to leave.

Neither Booking nor the apartment owner managed to support us by refunding the money for the night we did not stay.

Overall conclusion: very bad experience.

Lovely place and would definitely recommend and stay again.
Pros:

So central to the beach, old town, restaurants etc. you don’t need a car. Lovely friendly owners / staff and so helpful.

Cons:

Apartment above us was very noisy, try book the top floor.

Pros:

Todella keskeinen sijainti. Viihtyisä asunto mukavan kokoisella parvekkeella. Asunnossa on kaksi AC:ta, joilla sai talven viileään asuntoon lämpöä. Toiveemme aikaisemmasta sisäänkirjautumisajasta onnistui. Pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin.

Qualité /prix est super, court séjour et hoste très serviable.
Pros:

La disposition est parfaite. Au coeur de centre ville de Marbella.
Le lit est très confortable.
La vue de balcon sur les toits de centre ville est magnifique.
La batterie de chauffage a été mise à ma disposition et je n’ai pas eu froid.

Cons:

Seul inconvénient est que j’ai porté ma grande valise à la dernière étage (3eme) à pieds sur l’escalier étroit. Mais je me suis débrouillée à la fin😀
