Maison Lamartine - Nice

we arrived late- the stuff was very helpful with direction and checkin.

Small hotel that is likely remodeled apartment building. Common areas were very nice, quality of the rooms was fair. We did get a kitchenette, which for the price and location seemed a very good value. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and we were well taken care of.

Staff were outstanding. Apartment was very quiet. Everything was kept in a like-new order. Sky windows were great for light and air. Good cooling available. Very well suited to the 4 of us staying for 2 nights. Good location. Would definitely stay here again if in Nice and wanting easy access to train and town. We had the family apartment on level 5.

We had an incredible stay at Maison Lamartine. The location is fantastic, putting all of Nice within easy reach. The staff made the check-in seamless and they were incredibly attentive—they truly made us feel like family. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within a 5-minute walk (including a Monoprix), or you can walk to Old Town in just 10 minutes for a larger selection with an authentic feel.

The kitchen was stocked with all the things you need to cook a meal and the two mini-split systems—one for the bedroom and one for the main living area—worked great. We were there when the temperatures were in the 90s and the room was comfortable every day. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious, plentiful breakfast featuring fresh local foods. To top it all off, we were warmly invited to attend an art exhibition hosted right in the hotel, which made our stay feel extra special. Highly recommended!

Your own apartment or studio in a hotel-like setting (on-site staff daily until midnight) with lovely common areas (including lounge with all-ages games). Incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

La sensacion de no estar en un hotel si no en casa de unos amigos, el trato es totalmente personal y Corine y su equipo estaban siempre atentos a cualquier cosa que necesitabamos. El edificio es precioso y un remanso de paz cuando vuelves de un dia ajetreado. Tiene una ubicacion excelente al lado del centro y de medios de transporte publico. Lo recomiendo totalmente si vas a Niza. Gracias por todo.

We stayed in Paris,Eze and Nice. This was by far our favorite Hotel. The staff was above and beyond. Rare nowadays, convenient location to shopping and restaurants. Excellent breakfast in the garden. If i come back to Nice i know where to stay

Ich liebe diese Unterkunft. Man fühlt sich wie bei Freunden zu Besuch. Die Angestellten sind extrem freundlich und die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, um die Stadt fußläufig zu erkunden. Alles in 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Maison Lamartine was a wonderful stay in Nice. The location is excellent — easy to get around, close to everything, but still comfortable and relaxed. The staff were genuinely friendly, sincere, and welcoming throughout our stay. Simon was especially accommodating and helpful with delivering our luggage to the room, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. We were also able to check in early, which made a huge difference. Our room was spacious, functional, and very easy to settle into. Overall, the property has a relaxed, welcoming vibe that made the stay feel effortless — not overly formal or fussy, just comfortable, well-run, and easy in the best way. We would happily stay again.
