Pros:

Der Service war hervorragend, das Personal hat immer mitgedacht und Dienstleistungen angeboten.
Das Frühstück war traumhaft.

Cons:

Wir hatten im Zimmer ein Rauschen (Wasserleitung?) die ganze Nacht durch. Konnten dennoch gut schlafen.

Loistopaikka, tulemme toistekin!
Pros:

Palveluasenne ja asiakkaan huomioiminen huippuluokkaa! Kaikki toimi erinomaisesti koko 4 yön vierailun ajan. Saimme apua kaikessa mitä kaipasimme.. Aamiainen oikein hyvä, ja meitä miellytti huoneeseen tarjoilu. Itse kahden huoneen huoneisto oli mukava ja valoisa. Hiukan viileää näin talvella, mutta ei ongelmaksi asti.

とても素晴らしかったです。ニースに泊まる人がいれば必ず勧めたいです。
Pros:

アクセスも良く、部屋がとても綺麗でした。
立派なキッチンがついていたのでスーパーでお惣菜を買って食べることができたのも良かったです。
また、スタッフの方がとてもフレンドリーで優しく、素晴らしかったです。

Top Lage, sehr nettes Personal, toller Innenhof
Pros:

Sehr schönes Apartment, sehr gute zentrale Lage, Personal einfach Top. Sehr reichhaltiges und feines Frühstück zu einem sehr vernünftigem Preis. Der Innenhof ist einfach perfekt.

Der Boden war etwas dreckig, nicht so sauber.

The staff were absolutely amazing!!
Corina in particularly made the stay unforgettable. She was so attentive, generous, funny and complimentary. Without her the stay would not have been the same.

Apartamento recomendable solo para dos personas y fuera de la temporada invernal
Pros:

El apartamento es muy cómodo y está ubicado en una zona céntrica de Niza, a la distancia exacta del centro comercial, del centro histórico, de la estación de tren y de la playa. Además está muy bien equipado, pero con detalles que muestras cierta falta de conservación y que no era apto para más de dos personas, porque el sofá-cama para el tercer huésped era directamente un despojo de un mueble en desuso, al punto que tuvimos que sacar el colchón y apoyarlo sobre el piso porque al desplegarse el sofá directamente se deformaba.

Cons:

Además del sofá inutilizable como cama, la climatización del apartamento no era suficiente para poder estar en él sin abrigarnos. Tuvimos que pedir un medio alternativo para calefaccionar y nos dieron un ventilador eléctrico, que resultó insuficiente. Y la climatización del apartamento contrastaba con la existente en toda la recepción del establecimiento, varios grados superior a la de nuestras comodidades.

Great hotel, will keep coming back!
Pros:

Have stayed here before and came again, as it is a perfectly located cool hotel - close to Nice-Ville station (if you want to explore the other French Riviera towns) and walking distance to everything else. Loved both our stays here and the kitchenette is a welcome addition!
