Pros:

This hotel was situated walking distance to the central station (Nice-Ville), was incredibly clean, and the staff were insanely attentive and approachable. We received breakfast during our stay and this was perfect - selection of cured meats, yoghurt & fresh fruit and an assortment of baked goods (e.g. chocolate croissants). The kitchenette within our room was well stocked and allowed for a comfortable stay.

Corinne truly made our stay - such a warm welcome and just a lovely person to chat to!

Réservation de chambre modifiée avec une orientation côté rue au lieu de côté cours.
Nous n'avons pas pu récupérer la clé d'accès à la chambre qui était perdue, nous avons récupéré un double en fin de soirée
Chauffage d'appoint au lieu de la climatisation réversible qui était en panne.
Une prise désolidarisée du mur dans l'entrée de l'appartement
Petit déjeuner servi avec 2 thés au lieu d'un café et d'un thé comme demandé

Pros:

Le studio était confortable et propre. L'accueil est soigné. Emplacement très pratique surtout en venant en train. La fenêtre donnant sur une cour intérieure, c'était plutôt calme (malheureusement du bruit dans les appartements voisins m'ont réveillé très tôt mais ce n'est pas de la responsabilité de l'établissement). Bonne réactivité du personnel (voir les points négatifs)

Cons:

Panne de chauffage puis panne de chaudière (donc pas d'eau chaude pendant 24h). Ceci dit, il m'a été tout de suite proposé d'être relogée dans un autre établissement. J'ai décliné l'offre car après une longue journée de marche j'étais fatiguée. Et finalement j'ai eu la surprise d'être en partie remboursée sans avoir à réclamer, donc ces petits désagréments ont été plutôt bien gérés par l'établissement. Par ailleurs les équipements mériteraient d'être mieux entretenus (peinture écaillée au plafond, cafetière entartrée, meuble salle de bain abîmés) rien de grave mais c'est dommage.

Fijn verblijf in het centrum van Nice met veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand
Pros:

De service onder leiding van Corine was fantastisch. De rest van de staff was ook zeer behulpzaam en kon makkelijk worden bereikt via whatsapp in het geval wij een vraag hadden of iets nodig hadden. Grote complimenten!

Pros:

Palveluasenne ja asiakkaan huomioiminen huippuluokkaa! Kaikki toimi erinomaisesti koko 4 yön vierailun ajan. Saimme apua kaikessa mitä kaipasimme.. Aamiainen oikein hyvä, ja meitä miellytti huoneeseen tarjoilu. Itse kahden huoneen huoneisto oli mukava ja valoisa. Hiukan viileää näin talvella, mutta ei ongelmaksi asti.

Der Service war hervorragend, das Personal hat immer mitgedacht und Dienstleistungen angeboten.
Das Frühstück war traumhaft.

Cons:

Wir hatten im Zimmer ein Rauschen (Wasserleitung?) die ganze Nacht durch. Konnten dennoch gut schlafen.

とても素晴らしかったです。ニースに泊まる人がいれば必ず勧めたいです。
Pros:

アクセスも良く、部屋がとても綺麗でした。
立派なキッチンがついていたのでスーパーでお惣菜を買って食べることができたのも良かったです。
また、スタッフの方がとてもフレンドリーで優しく、素晴らしかったです。
