Pros:

We had a wonderful time in Bilbao, and we couldn’t be happier that we chose this hotel! It was simply fantastic!
The room was clean and spacious, with a huge bed and an incredibly comfortable mattress. The staff were lovely, friendly, and welcoming.
The breakfast was delicious, although a little repetitive, so we decided to have it only on our arrival and departure days.
The hotel is located in a fantastic neighborhood, within walking distance of the main attractions and the train station, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.
If we ever return to Bilbao, we will definitely stay at this hotel again! Highly recommended!

chambre trés petite équipée d'un lit de 150 avec une literie de mauvaise qualité pour un 4 étoiles!! , douche trés glissante !! pas de porte serviette dans la salle de bain;
Restaurant pas terrible assiette presque vide et et bien trop cher pour cette prestation.
