Abbiamo avuto diversi problemi e lo staff non ci ha aiutato. La prima sera una puzza di plastica bruciata asfissiante (che poi per fortuna da soli abbiamo capito cos'era) la reception ci ha fatto spallucce. Il phon non funzionava, completamente rotto, abbiamo chiamato la reception e ci ha detto che c'era un altro pulsante e che comunque mandava l'addetto (che per fortuna ha visto che effettivamente non funzionava e ha risolto il problema 🙏🏻). Dovevamo spedire un pacco abbiamo chiesto aiuto alla reception su come potevamo fare e non lo sapevano nemmeno loro (trovo strano che persone del posto non sanno aiutarci a spedire un pacco). Ci siamo sentiti un po' presi in giro, poco capiti e a disagio.

Habitación muy amplia y una cama de 2x2 muy cómoda , baño también sencillo y bonito

Cons:

-El desayuno poca variedad y los fiambres de poca calidad
-El parking muy muy justo, no te asignan plaza entonces cuando llegas lo que quede libre , cuando llegamos comentamos que el coche era eléctrico , nos dijo la chica de recepción que estaba ocupada esa plaza ( aunque el coche que había en la misma no era eléctrico ) . Al volver por la noche estaba libre y lo aparcamos y cargamos , cuando hicimos el check out en la factura me habían cobrado 8€ extra de cada día de parking por carga , me devolvieron un día ya que solo había cargado uno, pero creo que deberían informar ya que hemos estado en otros hoteles que la carga era gratuita y así decidir si utilizo el servicio o no. Además el segundo día no lo cargamos porque no iba el cargador ( estaba apagado ).

Good overall facilities comfy, clean and great choice for breakfast.
Pros:

It was in a good location, it was comfortable and clean.
The breakfast was excellent lots of choices. Sonia on reception was bubbly and very helpful.

Cons:

The restaurant food was terrible.
When complained a member of staff said ‘that is what the food is like in Spain ‘ as if it was our fault for ordering it. Having dinned out all over Spain I know that’s not the case.

No conforme la calidad con el precio pagado

Es moderno, limpio y bien conectado con el tranvía al centro.

Cons:

Después de tener la reserva hecha desde hacía 3 meses nos han adjudicado una habitación pequeña, interior que daba la ventana a un tragaluz), justo enfrente del ascensor (se escuchaba el ruido de su funcionamiento).
Y aún que fuimos a solicitar otra habitación, el personal de la recepción (inflexible), no nos quiso cambiar la habitación.
Para nuestra opinión, la habitación que nos asignaron no corresponde al precio que pagamos.
