Pros:

La ubicación, está bastante cerca tanto del casco antiguo como del centro moderno. Tienes varios supermercados cerca y no suele ser muy difícil encontrar aparcamiento cerca.
Además tiene recepción 24h, cosa que es bastante positiva para los huéspedes.

Cons:

La limpieza es bastante escasa, ni la cocina ni el baño estaban del bien, sería recomendable limpiar más a fondo ambas estancias del apartamento.

Ubicacion y parking en el hotel

Cons:

En verano le falta aire acondicionado, mucho calor en la habitación, no puedes abrir xq es zona céntrica y hay mucho tráfico.

-l'emplacement, proche de la sortie de l'autoroute en provenance de Santiago.
- le bon agencement de l'appartement et sa propreté.

Ubicación, Limpieza y Personal
Pros:

Ubicación ideal. Camas super-comodas. Recepción 24h y personal atento y agradable. Tambien aunque sean apartahoteles la limpieza funciona como en un hotel.

Cons:

Nos hubiera gustado algún elemento de cocina más: tostador y un minimo de aceite, café, etc aunque sea como recibimiento, pero bueno bien.
La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado y en verano, aunque sea oviedo, se nota mucho por los aislantes. No obstante bajé a recepción a las 2 de la madrugada y me proporcionaron un ventilador con lo que ya pude dormir.
