Für einen Kurzaufenthalt zur Stadtbesichtigung okay, mit besseren Matratzen gut!
Pros:

Das Personal war überwiegend sehr freundlich uns hilfsbereit.
Lage direkt an der Altstadt war für unsere Zwecke ideal.
Frühstück in Ordnung.
Ausnahme siehe unten!

Cons:

Matratzen waren durchgelegen.
Duschkabine mini!
Riesige TV- Bildschirme im Frühstücksraum auf Dauerbetrieb: eine Zumutung! Wozu soll das gut sein?
Wegen vergessener Zahnpasta: 1Minitübchen gratis, für das 2. verlangte die Dame an der Rezeption 1 Euro!!!!! Als ich sagte, ich schau ob Rossmann am Bahnhof offen hat (Sonntag) riss sie mir das erste Tübchen aus der Hand mit den Worten:" Dann lassen Sie das auch da!" Gehts noch????

Ubicación perfecta, personal simpático y ambiente tranquilo.
Pros:

El personal muy agradable. La ubicación es estupenda pues está en pleno centro, cerca de los monumentos y cerca de bares y restaurantes. Hay aparcamiento cerca y en el hotel, poor lo que hay opciones si no coincide on alguna fecha complicada.

Cons:

Aunque la habitación estaba limpia, había un olor mustio a cerrado, que resultó incómodo. Estaria bien que cuidaran esos pequeños detalles.

Pros:

Goede, gepersonaliseerde ontvangst.
Het hotel ligt lekker centraal gelegen, vlak bij het stadscentrum. Met een parkeerplaats aan het hotel.
Je wandelt langs de Mainz tot aan de brug, koopt een wijntje, en je hebt de mooiste brugwandeling van Europa.
Het ontbijt en heerlijk en uitgebreid.

Heel fijn verblijf gehad.
Pros:

Goede locatie, midden in het oude centrum aan de Main. Vriendelijk personeel. Fijne kamers. De boeking was niet goed doorgekomen, maar is goed opgelost door personeel. Kregen zelfs een upgrade. Ontbijt is prima met veel keuze. Dieetwensen geen enkel probleem.

Cons:

Het ontbijtbuffet heeft ruime keuze, alleen door drukte waren dingen op of werden wat laat bijgevuld.
