The street looked awful but it was lovely inside.
Pros:

The location was convenient, close to Cathedral and near main streets. Very pretty courtyard. No food service, but there was a kettle to make your own coffee.

Pros:

Stanza e bagno molto grande, ambiente pulito. A 10 minuti dalla stazione e dal centro. Ho apprezzato molto la possibilità per il deposito bagagli.

Pros:

Schöne Anlage am Rande der Altstadt. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig gut zu erkunden, da Granada nicht so groß ist. Eine sehr alte Stadt mit tollen Gebäuden und über 60000 Studenten.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind hellhörig. Man bekommt die Nachbarn deutlich mit.

Chambre pour 2 personnes : Ménage non fait avant notre arrivée, un sac plastique était par terre sous le lit, des cheveux par terre dans la salle de bain, des poils et cheveux sous les pieds de la chaise de bureau!! Baignoire avec aucun anti-dérapant, mon mari a failli se rompre les os!! Ma fille idem!! Quant à moi, j'avais mis une serviette au fond de la baignoire pour ne pas déraper. Les lits : matelas trèèès vieux dans la chambre double, et très inconfortables!! De plus, comme il n'y a pas de personnel le soir, des gens font du bruit dans le patio et empêchent les autres de dormir ! Pas du tout comme sur la description du guide, à fuir !!

Comfortable and good value for money in a gorgeous city.
Pros:

It had a lovely authentic Andalusian feel. Nice room with a coffee and tea package you could buy as an extra. No restaurant but lots of cafes close by. Very central. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Très bel hotel. Bien placé pour être proche de la gare ainsi que des principales attractions touristiques de Grenade. Nous avons également fortement apprécié le petit balcon avec chaise et table devant notre chambre pour profiter du beau temps
