Pros:

The location ,the friendly and helpful staff.The wonderful peaceful inner terrace .

Cons:

The lack coffee or tea in the room even though there is a kettle and cups.
Just a few sachets would be most welcome when you arrive .

Localização excepcional e ótimo custo benefício
Pros:

Localização excelente, com proximidade dos pontos de interesse principais que escolhi. Proximidade com estação de trem e pontos de transporte público. Excelente atendimento da equipe do local, antes da chegada e durante a estadia. Local muito limpo e bem conservado. Corresponde exatamente às fotos e descrições. Proximidade com locais de alimentação, mercados, e outras comodidades.

Cons:

Eu não tenho do que reclamar.

Schönes Hotel, leider werden Kunden bei Problemen nicht ernstgenommen, was sehr schade ist.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist schön, besonders der Innenhof.

Cons:

Der Duschkopf war am Rande abgebrochen, wodurch ich mich an zwei Körperstellen verletzt habe. Das Problem meldete ich dem Hotel, das das Problem leider nicht ernstgenommen hat. Nachdem ich Fotos , die die Verletzungen bestätigten, geschickt habe (insgesamt vier Schnittwunden von ca. 4-5 cm Länge, u.a. im Gesicht) bekam ich keine Antwort vom Hotel, nicht mal eine Entschuldigung.
Auf Bettwäsche und in der Badewanne fand ich lange Haare.

Granada, muito boa estadia.
Pros:

O atendimento excelente, a disposição em ajudar, quarto confortável, boa localização, um jardim de inverno convidativo. Não há opção de dar 9,5 e está seria a minha nota.

Cons:

Senti falta de frigobar no quarto. Isso é pouco, mas só pra registrar. No mais, foi td otimo

Un 2* que cumple con buena ubicación
Pros:

Está buena la ubicación y la habitación es amplia. El patio andaluz es bonito.

Cons:

El baño no tiene interruptor de luz, es por sensor de movimiento que queda prendido por bastante más tiempo. Y cuando se prende la luz también lo hace el extractor, generando ruidos bastante molestos más que nada por la noche.
No había espacios comunes, techados, ni tampoco dispenser de agua.
La recepcionista no estaba muy dispuesta a ayudar con un par de cuestiones que consultamos
