Pros:

La cercanía al metro de Sol, la comodidad y la limpieza, que el baño tenga todo tipo de enseres. La amabilidad del personal en todo momento, recepción 24 horas.

Cons:

Que justo en frente hay un bar/pub abierto hasta bastante tarde que es bastante ruidoso, pero no genera problemas.

Une expérience très décevante : chambre non conforme et cafard

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes avec 4 couchages individuels, mais à notre arrivée, nous avons découvert une chambre trop petite avec seulement 2 lits individuels et un petit lit double. Le personnel a été extrêmement désagréable lorsque nous avons signalé le problème et n’a proposé aucune solution. Heureusement, Booking.com est intervenu pour nous permettre de changer de chambre le lendemain.

Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, nous avons découvert un cafard dans la salle de bain ! Là encore, le personnel a été désagréable et nous a expliqué que c’était habituel dans l’établissement à cause des canalisations. Une réponse inadmissible pour un hôtel.

Aucun sens du service client, aucune considération pour les clients et des problèmes d’hygiène préoccupants. Seule intervention positive : celle de Booking.com, qui a pris notre réclamation au sérieux. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

Excelente ubicación. Servicio correcto. Desayuno lo peor.

Sin lugar a dudas lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación.

Cons:

Por la noche se escucha ruido porque estas en pleno centro de Madrid, pero soportable. La habitación cuádruple muy muy justa de medidas pero lo peor con diferencia es el desayuno, se sirve en un bar de copas, se nos enganchaban los pies en el suelo, el servicio solo 2 personas para muchas mesas. Sin lugar a dudas, el desayuno lo peor. La ubicación EXCELENTE.

Hotel tradicional en el centro turístico. Revisar las tarifas si hay eventos.
Pros:

Está ubicado en calle peatonal muy cerca de Puerta del Sol. Es un hotel tradicional donde hay escaleras y elevador; la habitación es confortable con balcón hacia la calle, las 3 camas estaban cómodas con ropa blanca de calidad; el baño espacioso y funcional. Desayuno no estaba incluido.

Cons:

La tarifa un disparate (€ 491/noche habitación triple) resultó ser el triple de lo habitual por causa de evento deportivo en la ciudad.
Tener en cuenta si vas con equipaje, que el coche o taxi no te dejará en la puerta sino lo más cercano a unos 100 mt.

Hotel in centro Madrid nel bel quartiere Sol
Pros:

Posizione centrale, comodissima per andare dappertutto a piedi!
La struttura è un po vecchia, ma comunque ben tenuta. Il personale è molto disponibile, la ns stanze era un po piccola perché eravamo in 4, anche rumorosa perché affacciata sulla strada e a Madrid la gente va dormire molto tardi! Pulizia buona.

Cons:

La sala colazione nel sotterraneo avrebbe bisogno di essere modernizzata, anche i mobili, che sono più adatte ad un teatro (infatti la sera qui fanno spettacoli di flamenco).
Però nelle sale dove mangiano tante persone ci deve essere la possibilità di pulire e igienizzare secie e tavoli.
