HOTEL CANCELED MY CONFIRMED RESERVATION ...LIARS .... NO REASON GIVEN NO MESSAGE
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times before....It was very nice and I thought the people friendly and caring till this morning ... I had a confirmed reservation months before.They canceled my reservation without giving me any notice... They told EXPEDIA they messaged me through the Expedia website....Expedia confirms they did not message me ... LIARS !!!!! I TRAVEL INTERNATIONALLY OFTEN AND THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE.

Hotel w stylu weneckim, piękne lobby, genialna lokalizacja, cicho, jednocześnie blisko najpiękniejszych miejsc.
Ogród, co jest rzadkością w Wenecji.
Obsługa zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę, bardzo mili, życzliwi, uśmiechnięci - klasa.
Dobre kosmetyki w pokoju i super posprzątane.

Pros:

The room was comfortable and convenient.
The breakfast staff was kind, helpful and always there to assist. Also good to see Carlo again, he is a wonderful person.

Cons:

The door to the garden area needs a closing cushion to make the sound of operation quiet.
The shower floor is very slippery when wet.

Pros:

Bellissimo il giardino con affaccio su Canal Grande, si può prendere l'aperitivo al fresco con vista spettacolare; anzi 2 giardini.. inoltre la struttura è impreziosita da numerosi elementi architettonici storici, per esempio il bellissimo mosaico Romanico/medioevale in ingresso oppure l'accesso diretto all'acqua.. la nostra camera era spaziosa con un bel letto e bagno davvero grande.
Colazione buona.
Ma direi che l'accoglienza del personale e la loro disponibilità non sono da meno delle bellezze di qsto posto.
