Salle de bain ridicule, moitié de la chambre en masarde, accueil fermé à 18.00, désordre total dans le foyer, puanteur d’égout dans l’ascenseur, pas le nécessaire pour faire un café dans la chambre
Bref : le plus mauvais hôtel de ma vie
Je ne comprends pas comment les gens peuvent donner des bonnes critiques à un tel établissement

Great value hotel in a convenient location
Pros:

Perfect location between the train station and the center of Bruges. The rooms are simple but spacious, clean, and comfortable. Don’t expect fancy decorations, instead you get a great price, a wonderful city, and a comfortable bed for the night.

Perfect location with some noise and odors

Cons:

You can hear every small step and voice outside the room as the doors are very thin also the room and corridors had a small hint of chlorine or asparagus which got annoying

Heerlijk verblijf in het centrum van Brugge !
Pros:

Uitstekend hotel, kamer was prima! Heel goed bed, sanitair : alles perfect in orde.
Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel
Ontbijt : zeer goed van keuze en kwaliteit.
Kwam met mijn fiets en die kon veilig binnen staan.
Mijn verwachtingen werden overtroffen…!!!!

Great location beside a large underground car park and a short walk to the start of the main shopping street.

Cons:

Very run down outside. We were put in the annexe down a side street. Our ground floor room had a drunk person (who turned out to be another guest) banging on the front door and then the room window (which is at street level) in the early hours on both nights. We tried to phone the reception but it finishes at 10pm (according to the recorded message, though the receptionist who called me to check when we would arrive said they would close at 6pm). There was a terrible smell of drains in the bathroom and no hot water on one morning. Tried to report the lack of hot water but the woman on the desk appeared to speak no English.

Heel goede kamer en heel goed ontbijt, spijtig dat er geen bediende savonds aanwezig was.
Pros:

Kamer was pikfijn, bed was ok

Maar van baliebediende was ik niet tevreden.
Zij heeft me wel geholpen(ben gehandicapt), zij heeft wel eten besteld( spijtig genoeg heeft zij 9 euro teveel gerekend, en dan had ik haar al 10 euro gegeven, bij extra taks bij binnentrede.
Zij zei dat het 24 u bemand was, niet waar, wij zijn terug gearriveerd, om 22.45.
Ze heeft desleutel meegeven om binnen te komen, maar zij was er niet, om me verder te helpen oo kamer 102.
Ik heb moeten wachten op engelse mensen, om me verder te helpen hellend vlak.mijn maat was ook slecht te been dus die kon me niet helpen.
Ik vraag mij af, ik heb de 13 aug besteld, en uitdrukkelend gevraagd om een kamer , dat ik uit de lift stap, kamer 103 tot 108, was het allemaal te doen met rolstoel, ik vraag mij af, zijn die mensen wel opgeleid, met enig begrip van mijn handicap?
Nee helemaal niet tevreden.
Smorgens, hebben wij de ontbijtkamer geopend met sleutel, en er was al iemand aanwezig.
De meisjes( zwarte meisjes hebben ons goed geholpen van onze kamer af te gaan, met aankoppelingsfiets en van hellend vlak.
En zij hebben alles netjes voorbereid, eiren met spek, een dik applaus.
Als u me nog eens uitnodigd, wil ik geholpen worden door baliebediende als ik savonds naar het hotel kom, en niet in de steek gelaten .....
