This is the second time I’ve stayed here, but sadly it will be the last.
Pros:

Good location, very nice staff, good breakfast.

Cons:

Our room had recently been refurbished and the curtains kept falling down because the curtain track was poorly fitted. Every time we opened the balcony door, the door knocked the curtain track down.
Also the bathroom smelled of blocked drains. Our friends were in a room without a working TV. The staff were very helpful and polite, it’s not their fault that the refurbishment was done poorly.

A localização e o atendimento dos funcionários.
O pequeno almoço estava correto com preço justo.

Cons:

Excellent emplacement, la personne à l'accueil parlait parfaitement français, la chambre était propre, rapport qualité/prix (pour Brugges centre) est ok

Cons:

Certains éléments de la salle de bain étaient cassés (la hanse pour aider à se relever, le carrelage abimé), la chambre mériterait une lampe générale plus forte (lumière trop tamisée) et les lampes de chevet peuvent être moins fortes

De Locatie, dicht bij het concertgebouw.

Cons:

We werden aan de receptie niet geholpen in het nederlands !!
Het Hotel heeft een slordige indruk aan de buitenkant, stoelen en tafels gestapeld.
Overal vuil en stofnetten , met eens te vegen en die tafels en stoelen weg tedoen zou het al een heel andere indruk zijn.
Wij sliepen in het bijgebouw , ook daar is de inkom en deur niet netjes.
