De eerste balie medewerker was niet vriendelijk ,ik probeerde hem uit te leggen om geen foto te maken waar mijn bsn nr opstaat dus kan ik mijn paspoort niet achterlaten en vind t niet erg om voor mij een foto te maken van t paspoort ,hij kon dat niet begrijpen en vroeg om een ander hotel te zoeken ,de daarop andere dagen snauwde hij me af wanneer ik vroeg náar mijn kwitantie ect van betaling ,de oudere man die een dag voor vertrek moest werken was vriendelijk ,om de eerste medewerker zou ik daar nooit meer heen gaan .

Хорошее расположение отеля. Владелец был не очень приветлев, а вот на следующий день был пожилой администратор, очень добродушный.
Проблема с парковкой. Если путешествуете на автомобиле, то данный отель не вариант. Владелец нас припорковал сначала вторым рядом. Когда приехала полиция, переставил на первый ряд, но в итоге полиция выписала штраф 750 лир. Хотя Владелец обещал что штрафа не будет. Неприятный осадок остался.
The beds were standard, comfortable. Location was pretty good, everything was nearby. Okay for short temporary stay. The old man was very friendly and helpful.
Nothing really worked. Fridge didn’t work and was very dirty; upon asking, receptionist already knew and said he can’t do anything about it. Receptionist was very rude. I had asked the man to help us weigh our suitcases as I wasn’t able to pick it up and he said No. The wifi was very unstable and would not work at all. The bedsheets were not getting changed, neither were the towels. The towels already prepared were very dirty with stains on there. The provided slippers were also very dirty. The toilet door wouldn’t even close and no vents in there either.

I had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax and feel at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again in the future.
The location of the hotel is very good and the view from the street side is nice.
There was only one power outlet in the room.

OK breakfast and room OK, location good. The other service person was polite and customer oriented.
Hotel did not accept a credit card payment but required the payment in cash and they did not deliver receipt for the payment. The person in check-in complained that the room price is too low to be profitable... why then use booking.com platform to sell their service. Wi-fi did not work until the second day evening during the stay and that was not told during the check-in either.
