Ok. Change of rate is unacceptable.

I changed my reservation to one a 1 day earlier check out. I had made my reservation my 1 month earlier. Because of the change they rebooked and charges me a higher rate of 300 dollars a night without notice. I think that is unacceptable. The staff at the reception could no explain the change in rate. Please help.

Hotel dobrze położony, idealne miejsce wypadkowe do zwiedzania Barcelony- metro 2 minuty od hotelu.

Cons:

Na zdjęciach obiekt wyglada zdecydowanie lepiej, w rzeczywistości lata świetności ma daleko za sobą. Śniadania w zasadzie wyłącznie w formie bułeczek, sera, wędliny, i podstawowych warzyw. Juz lepsze byly ciasteczka i croissanty niż śniadanie, albowiem na ciepło nic nie mozna bylo zjeść ( mini parówki i mini kiełbaski niezjadliwe, jajecznicy nawet nie odważyłam sie sprobowac- nie byly to potrawy wyłożone na podgrzewaczach, a jedynie nałożone w salaterki). O naleśnikach- a to raczej podstawowe danie śniadaniowe w hotelach- mozna bylo jedynie pomarzyć. Na plus natomiast codzoenne sprzatanie, tj. scielenie lozka (tu tez sie zaskoczylam- kolderka byla pomiedzy dwoma przescieradlami, a nie w poszwie, corka natomiast miała zamiast koldry koc), nie bylo problemu z wymianą ręczników codziennie, jeśli istniała taka potrzeba, ale łazienka słabo doswietlona i słabo wentylowana- nic w niej nie schlo przez noc. Zdjęć nie zrobiłam, nie było czego :-)

Habitación muy grande y cómoda. Excelente limpieza.
Ubicación próxima a la estación de trenes, ideal si tienes que tomar un tren temprano o llegas tarde, no es tan cercano al centro pero fácil acceso en transporte público.
Si bien en la descripción dice que el check in es hasta las 00, pudimos ingresar luego de esa hora.

Cons:

Nada, pero sería bueno que hubiera cafetera o jarra eléctrica en la habitación.
