Central, cost-efficient solution for a short stay.
Pros:

Great location, and the self check-in system introduced now seems to work well even though it's a bit strange to walk into a reception area with no receptionist apart from the gentleman who does the housekeeping in the upper floors (who is very polite). I stayed in room 6 which was of nice size and very quiet which I appreciate. Room seems to have everything needed for a short stay.

Cons:

Room itself was a bit cold - the electric heater that was put in the bathroom might need a companion in the main room, unless the radiator can somehow be made to heat better in the main room.

I liked the location. The street was very quiet and close to the central area. The room was large. It was hot so the fan was much appreciated. The manager was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The property is a bit shabby looking. The front office is cluttered and unkempt. The extra dining area is a nice size but everything looks a bit tired. The kitchen area was also very messy.

Cons:

We did the check in and the staff was not really friendly or helpful. The room was really noisy and not super clean. Room was overpriced considering this.

er wordt geen ontbijt voorzien, je krijgt wel een lijst met goeie adressen waar je kan ontbijten

Cons:

Ik moet nog altijd 8 euro aan taxen betalen ivm de toeristenbelasting voor de stad Brugge. Toen ik het hotel verliet, was er niemand aan de balie en de link die ik kreeg om de tax te betalen kon ik niet openen. Wat doe ik nu ? Andere gasten hadden hetzelfde probleem.
