I liked the location. The street was very quiet and close to the central area. The room was large. It was hot so the fan was much appreciated. The manager was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The property is a bit shabby looking. The front office is cluttered and unkempt. The extra dining area is a nice size but everything looks a bit tired. The kitchen area was also very messy.

er wordt geen ontbijt voorzien, je krijgt wel een lijst met goeie adressen waar je kan ontbijten

Cons:

Ik moet nog altijd 8 euro aan taxen betalen ivm de toeristenbelasting voor de stad Brugge. Toen ik het hotel verliet, was er niemand aan de balie en de link die ik kreeg om de tax te betalen kon ik niet openen. Wat doe ik nu ? Andere gasten hadden hetzelfde probleem.

We did the check in and the staff was not really friendly or helpful. The room was really noisy and not super clean. Room was overpriced considering this.

Abbiamo passato solo una notte in struttura con check in automatico: tempo per poter visitare il centro di Bruges, posizione ottima, presente spazio comune dove sono disponibili tisane, the, bollitore e macchina del caffè, quindi possibile prendere per asporto colazione e consumarla in struttura.
Il bollitore e macchina del caffè presenti anche nella camera, la nostra era una tripla quindi ampia e spaziosa.
Spazio disponibile per lasciare bagagli post check-out.

Cons:

Presente come riscaldamento una stufetta elettrica, ma nonostante il clima molto rigido, era sufficiente per rendere la camera e il bagno accoglienti.
Scale un po' ripide e mancanza di ascensore.
