La proximité avec la gare, la literie, le roof top.

Cons:

Les traces d'humidité vers la fenêtre et la salle de bain.
Une tasse déjà utilisée ainsi qu'une touillette. Un paquet de lingettes intimes dans les toilettes. Un ménage un peu négligé peut-être...
L'eau chaude met du temps à arriver.
Le pommeau de douche n'est pas réglable en hauteur.
