magnifique hôtel, mais le personnel...
Pros:

hôtel très propre, insonorisé. Très belle chambre, lit très confortable.

Cons:

Accueil déplorable. Chambre dispo qu'à 15h au lieu de 14h annoncé. Personnel qui ne sait pas sourire. Caution demandée de 80€ en plus du prix de la chambre. Et on nous annonce que " l'état des lieux se fera au moment du nettoyage, sans vous". Nous avons préféré qu'ils le fassent au moment de notre départ. Ça a visiblement agacé le personnel. Tant pis. Nous souhaitions être remboursés avant de partir. Normal. Et on a été remboursés. Hormis cela, tout était parfait.

Cons:

Room (312) was although perfectly formed quite small.
Had there been 2 of us sharing the room it would have been a bit tight.

Un problème de réception télé dans tout l'hôtel qui a été compensé généreusement par la direction. Hôtel à deux pas des gares ferroviaires et routière d’où partent tous les bus ( gratuitement ), notamment pour le musée de la légion ou les chemins de Pagnol

Cons:

Un petit déjeuner à prix assez élevé mais exceptionnel, si vous venez à Aubagne, ne cherchez pas, venez ici.

Satisfaisant dans l’ensemble, avec un personnel très agréable

Bon accueil . Nous avons apprécié le professionnalisme du personnel, soucieux de la clientèle. Chambre propre. Bon petit déjeuner. Bon emplacement de l’hôtel. Salle à manger avec une superbe terrasse extérieure surplombant Aubagne.

Cons:

Chambre mal insonorisée. La télévision qui ne fonctionne pas.
