Netjes, afgesloten parkeergarage, hygiënisch, dicht bij tram minder dan 2 minuten lopen

Cons:

In dit gebied zijn enige junkies, dat is minder. Maar je bent zo bij de tram. In de avond zou ik hier niet snel alleen over straat lopen. Overdag is goed te doen. Het ontbijt is basic

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage.
Pros:

War schon öfter im Adler und war jedes Mal zufrieden. Es ist ein einfaches, aber gutes Haus fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof. Preis / Leistung ist gut, das Frühstück für den Preis auch!

Cons:

Es war wetterbedingt ziemlich warm im Zimmer, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.

Pros:

The staff were nice and the breakfast was definitely worth it. Despite the location problem when you entered your room it felt safe.

Cons:

The primary issue is the location. The particular street is almost always full of people doing drugs in plain sight every hour of the day.There was an incident in which we returned and some sketchy people entered right behind us. I think the hotel should hire at least some security stuff to make sure people staying there feel safer. Apart from that there was dust in some parts of the room like the room radiators so maybe the cleaning has to be a bit more thorough.

Pros:

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly.
Breakfast was ok.
The location is close to the train and bus stations. It's a good deal for their money for one night.

Cons:

It was a bit hot (up to +28°C during the day), and the room didn't have air conditioning, only a fan. Also, the bedsheet was too warm. I didn't pay attention to this when I booked, so I guess I was very lucky that the temperature outside wasn't +40.
I mentioned that the location is in close proximity to the stations, but I don't recommend it if you're staying more than one night. It's noisy (even at night, and I had to keep the windows open to get some fresh and cool air), overcrowded, and dirty, and there are many homeless and drunk people around.

Pros:

The room was cozy, with natural light. They provided us with packaged water, the room had fan as well. The bathroom was vey nice and clean. And it was very close to the Frankfurt central station.

Cons:

The area surrounding the hotel is frequented by lots of homeless people who seem drugged. Although they didn’t interact, they make the surroundings unhygenic and uncomfortable at night for visitors.

This is true for the area around the hotel and not the hotels problem really.
