Please note that the spa opening hours:

Monday closed
Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 until 14:00 and from 17:00 until 21:00

Use of a bathing suit, flip-flops, and towel is obligatory. It is not possible to use the room towels, guests can rent towels.

Children aged 4 to 15 years old can only use the spa from 10:00 to 12:00, accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under the age of 4 years old cannot access the spa center.

Please note that the restaurant service may vary according to the day. Please contact hotel for more details.

When booking more than 9 rooms, different payment and cancelation policies, additional supplements may apply.

Pets Allowed. A supplement of EUR 35 per pet per night applies. It is necessary to confirm that it is a reservation to stay with pets and call the hotel to check availability and make sure that the room has everything you need. Pets are only allowed in the pet-friendly double room. Pets are not allowed in the other rooms. Upon arrival at the property, guests will be provided with the access rules, which they must read and accept.

At €250 per night, with unfriendly service, an unclean room, and a location far from central Barcelona, I found this hot

he hotel heavily promotes its spa facilities, yet nowhere is it clearly stated that spa access is not included in the room rate.
Customer service was disappointing. Basic bathroom amenities such as a shower cap were missing, so I called reception. I was told one would be delivered, but after more than an hour and two phone calls, nothing arrived. The explanation that no staff were available after 23:00 was surprising for a hotel of this standard, and nobody followed up.
Breakfast service was also poorly organized. After being seated by one employee, another interrupted my meal to tell me I was not allowed to sit at that table and should have waited to be seated.
To make matters worse, my room was not cleaned despite the housekeeping sign being left on the door all day and the cleaning personal was waking around whe I left the hotel at 12:00. When I returned in the evening, the room was untouched and the bathroom smelled unpleasant.

Nekünk nagyon tetszett, máskor is vissza fogunk térni ide.
Pros:

A szoba mérete és felszereltsége megfelelő volt. A tetőtéri medencét nagyon élveztük, a reggeli pedig elképesztően finom és bőséges volt.

Cons:

A fotelágy kényelmetlen volt, de csak egy éjszakát töltöttünk ott.

Buon soggiorno per il prezzo pagato
Pros:

La posizione è buona, a circa 1km dalla metro. La colazione è molto ricca, i letti sono comodi e anche la pulizia della camera e della struttura non era male.

gli arredi delle camere non sono recentissimi e si vede che sono vissuti.

Прибирали не кожен день, брудні рушники знов вішали в ванній, як чисті, один раз залишили пакет з мусором з відра на столі в кімнати.
Меблі старі. Неприємний персонал в ресторані, сніданок скудний, на чотири зірки не тягне.
Єдине гарне - хол та рецепшн.
Не рекомендую.
