Please note that the spa opening hours:
Monday closed
Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 until 14:00 and from 17:00 until 21:00
Use of a bathing suit, flip-flops, and towel is obligatory. It is not possible to use the room towels, guests can rent towels.
Children aged 4 to 15 years old can only use the spa from 10:00 to 12:00, accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under the age of 4 years old cannot access the spa center.

When booking more than 9 rooms, different payment and cancelation policies, additional supplements may apply.
Pets Allowed. A supplement of EUR 35 per pet per night applies. It is necessary to confirm that it is a reservation to stay with pets and call the hotel to check availability and make sure that the room has everything you need. Pets are only allowed in the pet-friendly double room. Pets are not allowed in the other rooms. Upon arrival at the property, guests will be provided with the access rules, which they must read and accept.

the forks in the breakfast was really small. i didn't like.. it bother me

Nous avons perdu un de nos sacs en arrivant qui n est jamais réapparu, et on ne s est as senti soutenu par le personnel, la chambre n était pas prête en arrivant,les ascenseurs ne fonctionnaient pas ou mal et le Room service ne répondait pas. Hôtel tt a fait ok mais pas a la hauteur du prix demandé

La piscine et transats sur le toit sont très bien, calme et pas trop bondé si on y va tôt
Le hall est magnifique, avec une zone pour regarder les matches et tout l’hôtel semble être en rénovation mais ça n’empêche pas la tranquillité du séjour
La localisation est très bien (proche de deux stations de métros, un joli café à proximité, des commerces…)
Le personnel est agréable et disponible dans l’ensemble
Le petit déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur de mes espérances, pas assez de choix et qualité moyenne j’ai trouvé
Je ne sais pas si c’est normal mais nous avons trouvé la city taxe vraiment chère, ça nous a découragé de payer pour le spa or on avait pris l’hôtel pour cette raison…

Gute Anbindung an Metro!
Der Pool ist für die Gästeanzahl definitiv zu klein und das Drumherum könnte ein bisschen besser gepflegt sein. Trotzdem ist es schön einen zur Verfügung zu haben. Das Badezimmer braucht ein Update bezüglich Dusche, weil diese undicht ist, und man deshalb das ganze Bad flutet!!
