Cons:

اللوبي كان سيء ما كان حلو مو كبير صغير بس الموظفين حبوبين ، الاوتيل بليل يصير زحمة عند المدخل مع زحمة gran vìa فهذا يسبب ازعاج و مضايقات عند الدخول ، الاوتيل حلو بشكل عام بس في افضل بنفس السعر

I had a great stay at NH Gran Vía and would definitely come back. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Excellent experience from beginning to end. The hotel was wonderful, the room was very comfortable and well maintained, and the service was outstanding.

The staff were kind, professional, and always helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything felt easy and well organized.

I had a great stay at NH Gran Vía and would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

la ubicación y el desayuno es muy bueno

Cons:

el "sistema" que manejan deberian mejorarlo porque tiene problemas de actualización.
En mi caso tuve tres eventos:
quedaron de avisarme cuando ya estuviera lista habitacion y nunca me avisaron argumentando que el "sistema" algunas veces se tarda
Caso 2 subo a desayunar (pague mis desayunos un dia antes ) y me dicen que no los tengo pagado. pido lo chequen y hasta que me reconoce la chica es que si aceptan que esta pagado puesto que ella fue quien me cobro.
caso 3: hago el checkout y me dicen que debia un dia de desatuno.
ESO NO ESTA BIEN. PORQUE HABLA DE UNA DESINCRONIZACION ENTRE LO QUE "SUPUESTAMENTE ACTUALIZAN EN EL SISTEMA" y lo que sucede ante el cliente

The best location and exceptional staff!
Pros:

Hotel staff were lovely, extremely friendly and very helpful, always going above and beyond. We were always welcomed in and received the best service, particularly when needing advice for making our way around the city.
