Pros:

The staff was very helpful with the dog who travelled with us. We stayed in a nice room with enough space for the dog to walk around. Very warm experience !

Nice hotel, I wouldn’t return though due to the location
Pros:

-The staff truly make the difference - the reception team was 10/10, very friendly and helpful.
-The room was very clean.
-The Welcome treat was a really nice gesture

Cons:

-The location, surprisingly, was not a plus for us. Staying on Gran Vía turned out to be quite chaotic - a lot of noise, crowds, and a generally hectic atmosphere. Despite the soundproofing (which was decent), you can still hear sirens and traffic.
As a first-time visitor to Madrid, I didn’t expect this. Next time, I would definitely choose a quieter area, such as Salamanca.
-The room layout was a bit odd: wardrobe at the entrance, followed by a long, unnecessary corridor, then a small bedroom and bathroom.
-There was no toilet brush, and the shower hose was not close enough to use as an alternative, which was quite inconvenient.
-Breakfast was good, but nothing exceptional.

Family trip to Spain
Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations. They were able to accommodate a connecting room and everything was clean, modern, and the a/c worked SO WELL!!!!! Great location and fantastic rooftop bar! Thank you for the stay!

Good hotel in excellent location.
Pros:

Generally the staff were good. They let me check out earlier than my check out date and pay only for the night I stayed. So thank you. Room is nice

Cons:

The bed is unbearable. The reason why I had to leave early. The bed is very hard for my liking and pillows were not comfortable too.
