Merveilleux séjour
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé ,proche de tout. Très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût . Petit déjeuner très bon avec une mention spéciale pour Elena qui est vraiment d’une gentillesse et très agréable.Leonardo et Frédérico ont été aussi géniaux. Très avenants. Encore pour ce merveilleux séjour . Nous reviendrons volontier.

Pros:

Our stay at the relais venezia exceeded our expectations in every way.
Even before we arrived Federico was an amazing host, telling us the best way to get to the hotel from the train station, which made it very easy for us.
Federico took so much time to help us with recommendations and supplied is with a custom map for us to use with our places on. His passion for Venice is clear and his hospitality is the best we have experienced, with very good English to help us.
The location of the hotel is literally perfect, with everything you could need or want to see within easy reach.
The breakfast was just perfect for us. My wife is celiac and they catered for her very well with gluten free options and made her feel very safe and reassured. We always left with plenty of fuel for walking around Venice. The breakfast area is very sweet and relaxing and Elena is very attentive and kind.
The room we had was amazing, with everything you could want as well as a beautiful large bath, which looked like something out of a spa.
Everything was very clean and functional in the room as well.
Venice is very safe and I don't think we have felt this comfortable walking around at night navigating our way around with phones in hand in Italy before.
I would recommend the relais to anyone looking to stay in Venice and you won't be disappointed
