Where to begin? This hotel isn’t good. It’s very good. I could say nothing but positive things about the service provided by the hotel staff. Everything has already been said in other reviews, so I can only agree with them. It’s also worth mentioning the ladies serving breakfast – they’re brilliant. That is to say, both the breakfasts and the ladies serving them are brilliant ;-) The entrance to the hotel is situated in a very narrow side street, but the location in relation to St Mark’s Square or the waterfront is excellent. The alley itself, where the hotel entrance is situated, gives no hint of the quality you’ll find inside, because once you step inside, you’ll see interiors renovated in an elegant style – I’d call it ‘Modern Classic’ with nods to Venetian tradition. Very nice rooms, brilliant bathrooms, a very pleasant place where breakfast is served. And everything is spotlessly clean. To sum up: a great location, a high standard, immense attention to detail, spotless cleanliness and an excellent attitude from the hotel owners.

I will stay here again!
Pros:

It was beautiful and well appointed. Breakfast was generous. All the staff were kind, helpful, and did everything possible to make sure our stay was top notch. Air conditioning worked great, showers were hot, room was quiet, beds comfortable, and walking up and down the staircase was easy. We loved everything about it.
Pro tip: message the hotel ahead of time for a private taxi to and from the airport or train station. Federico took care of all the details and it was a great way to see famous canals and bridges.
