une ambiance chaleureuse et élégante, et un emplacement absolument parfait.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique dans cet hôtel à Venise.
Le personnel a été exceptionnel du début à la fin : extrêmement attentionné, toujours présent avec discrétion et bienveillance, et constamment prêt à nous accompagner avec de délicates attentions — d’autant plus appréciées que nous célébrions l’anniversaire de ma compagne.

Nous avons particulièrement aimé l’ambiance familiale et chaleureuse, le sens du service irréprochable, la décoration élégante et soignée, ainsi que la propreté impeccable des lieux.

L’emplacement est tout simplement parfait, idéal pour profiter pleinement de Venise tout en restant au calme.

Un établissement que nous recommandons sans hésitation et dans lequel nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

An excellent hotel, excellent hosts and an excellent location
Pros:

Breakfast was made freshly and there was a good choice.
Frederick and Leonardo were very helpful and very accommodating advising us of places to see and places to eat without being overly pushy. An excellent location!

Pros:

Llegamos por la noche y Leonardo estuvo todo el tiempo pendiente de nosotros y de nuestro checkin. La habitación preciosa y muy cómoda. El desayuno perfecto. La atención de todo el personal impecable. Se respira hogar y tranquilidad.

Ein Hotel, das in jeder Hinsicht überzeugt – wir vergeben volle 10 von 10 Punkten.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ideal zwischen Rialtobrücke und Markusplatz. Unser Zimmer war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und äußerst ruhig. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Beleuchtung angenehm mit indirekten Optionen, und die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Fensterläden sorgten für Dunkelheit und Ruhe. Auch das Badezimmer war top gepflegt mit schönen Fliesen und großer Dusche. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, und individuelle Wünsche wurden gerne erfüllt. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und gab uns wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt.

Incredible value for money
Pros:

The staff is incredibly nice. Leonardo was an amazing host. He really cares about his clients and he goes out of his way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Our room was in the 3 floor and we had a direct view of San Marco, which was very close. The amenities were all clean, nice, and overall, everything was as good as it could be. It is incredible value for money.

Charming, centrally located boutique hotel

Das Boutique Hotel Relais Venezia im Herzen von Venedig ist ein entzückendes kleines Hotel mit wenigen Zimmern perfekt fußläufig zwischen der Rialtobrücke und Piazza San Marco gelegen. Hotelier und Frühstücksservice waren ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und haben uns mit wunderbaren Tipps versorgt.

Da der Frühstücksraum klein ist muss man sich zeitlich ein bisschen "arrangieren". Auch hilft es der Service Vorbereitung, dass man tags zuvor seine Frühstückswünsche mittels Formular bekannt gibt. Jedoch bleibt alles sehr flexibel und auch Extrawünsche sind möglich!

Cons:

Of course, you have to make some compromises in Venice. There is an elevator, but it only goes up to the second floor, not the fourth, where our room was located. So you have to be quite fit. But since we enjoy walking, we used the 80+ steps as a workout. Besides, in Venice you do a lot of walking anyway, and you also climb a lot of stairs, especially over the bridges.

Also, because the hotel was so small, there was no spa area, bar, or anything like that that would have made our stay in the windy, cold city more comfortable. But there are plenty of bars to choose from, where you can always stop for a glass of Prosecco or wine.

Our stay at Relais Venezia was exceptional, especially the hospitality from Leonardo and Elena, their hospitality was beyond exceptional, nothing was too much for them, Leonardo went above and beyond as a host, we even received a complimentary gift to welcome in the new year! The boutique hotel is very comfortable, stylish and in a private tucked away street beyond San Marcos. Fresh breakfast prepared for you daily, highly recommended!

Der ganze Aufenthalt war ein Genuss. Es beginnt mit all den Vorabinfos via Whatsup, dann beim Checkin mit charmantem Empfang, kleiner welcome Surprise, top Infos und last but not least einem Zimmerupgrade - Grazie Leonardo! Man spührt, es sind Top Gastgeber am Werk. Perfetto :) Top Lage, nahe Markusplatz, tolles Zimmer, alles sehr gepflegt und schön ruhig. Frühstück ebenfalls lecker und charmant serviert.
PS: Und für die Mobile-Süchtigen....super schnelles WLAN..:)
