Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Relais de Venecia ha sido, sencillamente, excepcional. Su ubicación es inmejorable: a tan solo un minuto de la Plaza y Basílica de San Marcos y del Palacio Ducal, lo que permite disfrutar de la ciudad con total comodidad.

Desde el primer momento, la experiencia fue inolvidable gracias a Federico, quien nos recibió de manera cálida y cercana. Nos acompañó personalmente a la habitación y tuvo el detalle de obsequiarnos con una botella de Bellini, copas para brindar y agua. Su trato fue impecable: conversamos sobre Venecia, fútbol y turismo, y además nos recomendó excelentes restaurantes y excursiones que hicieron nuestra estancia aún más especial. Es, sin duda, una persona extraordinaria.

La habitación parecía sacada de un cuento de hadas, con unas preciosas vistas al Campanile. Destacaba por su perfecta insonorización, su comodidad y un baño integrado con todas las amenities necesarias, cuidando cada detalle.

El desayuno fue otro de los grandes aciertos: abundante, recién preparado, con fruta fresca cortada al momento, y servido en un comedor privado justo al salir de nuestra habitación, lo que aportaba un plus de intimidad y exclusividad.

En resumen, no se puede pedir más. Recomendamos este hotel sin ninguna duda a cualquiera que quiera vivir una experiencia única en Venecia.


Our stay at Hotel Relais in Venice was simply exceptional. Its location is unbeatable: just one minute away from St. Mark’s Square and Basilica, as well as the Doge’s Palace, allowing you to enjoy the city with complete ease.

From the very first moment, the experience was unforgettable thanks to Federico, who welcomed us in a warm and friendly manner. He personally accompanied us to our room and surprised us with a bottle of Bellini, glasses for a toast, and bottles of water. His attention was impeccable: we chatted about Venice, football, and tourism, and he also recommended excellent restaurants and excursions that made our stay even more special.

Zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen, Piazza San Marco und Rialto in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes kleines Hotel mit sehr gastfreundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern!

Un superbe établissement à taille humaine, où l'accueil et la satisfaction des hôtes sont au cœur des préoccupations des hôteliers. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, chacun pouvant le composer à sa guise en début de séjour. Les conseils pour les incontournables et restaurants sont très avisés.
Des services excellents avec des personnes d'un excellent relationnel et parlant français.

Excellent séjour, tout s’est parfaitement déroulé du début à la fin.
L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville, et l’accueil a été remarquable, avec des conseils très utiles pour notre séjour (un grand merci à Federico)

It’s tucked down a little street and very relaxing at night. A perfect spot after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. The room was spacious and comfortable and a little mini fridge was so helpful. The breakfast was amazing and so fresh! Upon arriving we were greeted warmly and brought to our room. A meticulously clean property. That includes downstairs to upstairs (and the corners of the stairs that are often forgotten about). This property is a gem and we hope to visit again. Thank you!!

El personal es EXCELENTE. No hay mejor trato posible. Las instalaciones preciosas y muy bien ubicado. Ademá cuenta con un gran desayuno a tu gusto.

Hôtel très bien placé ,proche de tout. Très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût . Petit déjeuner très bon avec une mention spéciale pour Elena qui est vraiment d’une gentillesse et très agréable.Leonardo et Frédérico ont été aussi géniaux. Très avenants. Encore pour ce merveilleux séjour . Nous reviendrons volontier.
