Central location, relaxing and welcoming lobby and staff.
If there's a suggestion to be made for improvement, upgrade to 3 ply hygienic paper!
Everything was good, staff, location, cleanleness. Only one thing need to improve - arrange some vegetables for breakfast
The location
Staff were rather dismissive of our concerns parking a large Harley-Davidson on a cobbled slope, car park closed shed and so was pool doe to building work. If I had known we would have cancelled.
Pool area and bar was ok.
Staff at pool area very slow and forgot half our food order.

Hotel em manutenção com barulho de obras às 8 da manhã. Hotel muito antigo e desatualizado, sem tomadas suficientes no quarto, com alcatifas , wc desatualizado, enfim.....
