Hotel is in a great location relative to the city centre , particularly if you like a walk in the park

Location is fantastic and the rooms are quiet. Breakfast is very good

Cons:

The fridge did not work without offer to remedy and the air-conditioning was inadequate making it very hot sleeping on the mezzanine. Apart from one staff member on reception and the lovely breakfast time, we found the others to be surely and unhelpful. The plumbing needs serious attention ion both in the rooms and in the disabled lavatory in the reception area.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirbt mit „Highspeed Internet“. Das WLAN / WiFi war echt schwach (schlechte Datenübermittlung, instabile Verbindung, langsam).
Der Lift im Hotel ist eine echte Zumutung (sehr langsam, Liftknopf muss dauernd gedrückt werden, heiss und stickig). Die Möglichkeit zwischen den Stockwerken stecken zu bleiben ist gross. Wir haben nach einer Fahrt immer die Treppe genommen.

Pros:

Posizione ottima per visitare il centro, che abbiamo raggiunto in 10 minuti a piedi. Perfetto per chi ha bisogno di un appoggio per una serata al teatro Duse, a due passi dalla struttura.
Il quartiere è vivace e offre la possibilità di trovare alternative per una cena o aperitivo senza allontanarsi molto.
Hotel curato, pulito e accogliente. Stanza molto spaziosa. Colazione varia a buffet dolce e salato con la possibilità di richiedere ulteriori opzioni allo staff.
Personale gentilissimo.

Cons:

Camera un po' rumorosa nelle ore notturne per via del traffico e dei localini nelle vicinanze.
