Pros:

Great location, friendly and attentive staff, great breakfast, comfortable and very clean rooms. Mini fridge is a plus. We were lucky to find a balcony room which was the cherry on top of the ice cream! Lovely stay!

Very enjoyable stay at a wonderful hotel

Highly recommend
Pros:

We had a balcony room, it was right across the road from the ocean and a great spot to sit. Breakfast was really good. The staff were amazing - they even moved our car for us and pre-paid parking while we were out sightseeing (going above and beyond). We could walk everywhere from here and the ferry to Portofino is across the road. The staff were also able to recommend good restaurants nearby.

Immer wieder sehr gerne Vesuvio!!
Pros:

Die Lage ist bombastisch. Man erreicht alles super schnell zu Fuss, Zug oder Boot.

Ein extra Bewertung geht an das Personal, sei es an der Reception, sei das Zimmerpersonal oder beim Frühstück, die waren alle mehr als nett und machen eine super Arbeit! Ein 11 von 10 :)

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider nicht so meins da die Italienier gerne Süsses zum Frühstück essen. Mir fehlte leider den Auswahl an Früchten oder vielleicht Rührei und solches...

Great place to observe la dolce vita
Pros:

We loved this hotel. Our room was on the first floor corner, with two balconies overlooking a constant flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Beyond the street was the promenade, the marina and the sea.

Cons:

While this is not a five star hotel, everything worked and worked well.

Hervorragendes Hotel und perfekte Lage am Meer
Pros:

Das familiengeführte Hotel liegt perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Rapallo. Der Strand sowie die Altstadt sind quasi sofort erreichbar, auch der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten schnell erreichbar. Wir brauchten das Auto nur für weitere Distanzen - gleich in der Nähe vom Hotel befindet sich auch der Einstiegspunkt für die Bootsfähre (Portofino. etc.).

Wir hatten ein großes (modernisiertes) Zimmer samt Balkon und Meer- bzw. Hafenblick. Das moderne Badezimmer ist perfekt ausgestattet und die Hotelanlage ist sehr sauber.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig (sehr guter Kaffee) und sehr schön angerichtet.

Vielen Dank an das nette und hilfsbereite Personal - wir wollten gar nicht abreisen :)

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder...

Pros:

Отель расположен прямо на набережной с очень красивым видом. Выходя из отеля вы попадаете либо на набережную либо на узкие улочки очень милого городка.
Персонал и их отношение просто выше всяких похвал. Обслуживание очень профессиональное, всегда готовы помочь по любому вопросу. Комната была простая, но в ней было все необходимое и все исправно работало.

Cons:

Следует отметить, из за центрального расположения в пятницу и субботу слышен шум с улицы из за гуляющих людей и музыки.
Душ не много маленького размера.

As near perfection as we could have hoped for
Pros:

The reception staff are polite, friendly and extremely helpful, the allocated room was lovely with double aspect windows offering plenty of light and air - the sea view was to die for.
The room was spotlessly clean and the bed offered a great nights sleep.
Breakfast was included in the package and both the food and coffee were excellent
Based on our initial experience we decided to stay on an extra night and would have stayed longer but for commitments at home. We will be booking another stay as soon as we can.

Our stay was awesome and we would definitley go back.
Pros:

Room had an incredible view of the ocean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast served was very good and we liked being able to get beverages all day long. The location was also central to may restaurants and stores.

Cons:

The shower didn't slope to the drain very much resulting in water on the floor. But, the bathroom was very nice.
