Ottima location per partecipare agli eventi sportivi lungo il fiume

Ottima posizione per accedere agli eventi sportivi lungo il fiume: numerosi ristoranti nelle vicinanza, zona verde

Cons:

Cortesia e disponibilità del gestore, camere ben organizzate e dimensionate, bagno ottimo. Moderne le dotazioni elettroniche ed il controllo della temperatura, buona l'insonorizzazione e comodo il letto.

Pros:

Stanza pulita e ordinata, molti prodotti per la toilette. La sera è stato possibile rientrare piú tardi e fare il self check-in senza bisogno dello staff, ben organizzato. Colazione abbondante con molta varietá.

Cons:

Arrivo reception vuota, fredda, senza nessun avviso di ricercarsi la chiave in autonomia. Mancanza dell'acqua calda (!!!) alla segnalazione alla reception la receptionist risponde " ah, si.... me lo avevano già segnalato, adesso contatto l'assistenza". Ma come, te lo hanno segnalato e non hai fatto l'intervento prima di ricevere clienti in struttura?

Scoiattoli e alberi secolari.
Pros:

Ottima posizione, staff molto gentile e disponibile, ambiente tranquillo e accogliente.L'hotel è situato in una zona di Torino molto bella che non conoscevo. Ho potuto passeggiare lungo il fiume fra alberi secolari, tappeti di foglie e simpatici scoiattoli.

Cons:

Abbiamo trovato almeno 70 cimici in camera e non scherzo. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza ma nulla erano tutte piene, abbiamo chiesto di ridarci i soldi perché volevamo andare via ma niente.
Ci hanno proposto che avrebbero fatto una pulizia approfondita della stanza ma quando siamo tornati ne abbiamo trovate tantissime. Siamo stati fino alla 02.00 di notte a togliere cimici e non dormire. Senza poter chiamare nessuno perché la reception non è attiva h24.
La mattina abbiamo parlato con il responsabile e anche davanti l’evidenza negava, scaricando la responsabilità al comune di non aver fatto una disinfestazione accurata quando la responsabilità di fornire una stanza pulita e agibile mi sembrano proprio le basi.
Metto 4 foto solo per rendere l’idea.
