Perfect location!
Pros:

The views! We stayed in December and had the opportunity to enjoy a lovely snowy stay!
Room was good, enough parking, good location!

Das Hotel war sauber,. Gute Lage für Wanderungen und das Zentrum ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Insgesamt sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück war gut

Cons:

Ein Check-in war vor 15 Uhr nicht möglich. Die Rezeption ist von 12 -15 Uhr nicht besetzt. Da beim Musical um 15 Uhr Einlass war, war es sehr unflexibel mit dem Check in. Ab 20 Uhr dann auch keine Besetzung mehr an der Rezeption. Selbst die Info vorab an das Hotel war der Ton einer Mitarbeiterin unentspannt.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, groß und gemütlich, mit Blick auf die Berge. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten war man in der Stadt. Das Frühstück sehr ansprechend, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, sehr gute Auswahl an Bioprodukten. Der sehr freundliche Koch kochte extra für uns, da wir keine Halbpension gebucht hatten. Sehr lecker, "Seniorenportionen" noch zu groß :-).

Das Hotel, das Essen und das Personal ist super, das Hotel ist zu empfehlen

Familiäre Hotelführung, super freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Wir waren im Gästehaus untergebracht, die Wohnung war alles in allem super, leider ist jedoch anscheinend die Bodenplatte nicht gedämmt, so mussten die Heizkörper dauerhaft auf 5 stehen, und dennoch wurde es nicht warm. nachts hatte es uns schon sehr gefroren.

Das Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und flexibel. Wir hatten Karten für das Ludwig-Musical und konnten spontan bereits um.18.00 Uhr essen, dass wir keinen Stress hatten.

Cons:

Wenn man auf sehr hohem Niveau kritisieren möchte, wäre es schön, das beleuchtete Bild am Bett separat von der Deckenlampe schalten zu können.
