Great location, but bring earplugs
Pros:

Good location, very calm place and nicely decorated. Breakfast was good too.

Thin walls and doors means you hear the noise from other guests very clearly.

Centrally based, clean and comfortable hotel with good staff - good breakfast. Great coffee.
Pros:

Quiet, modernised old building, really central for getting around, just off a lovely square with a couple of nice restaurants. Clean room and well-equipped. Breakfast simple but very nice. GREAT coffee.

Cons:

I had room 2 on the ground floor, with high up windows just opposite the building opposite. This made the room dark. This small alleyway was the route into the hotel and, naturally came with some noise of chatter etc as people came in/out of the building. Just outside of room 2 is reception, so some noise resulted.

Eine Top-Auszeichnung für Hotel, Zimmer, Personal und Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ein Traum. Top ausgestattet, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ein Zimmer zum Wohlfühlen.
Die Lage vom Hotel ist einfach super. Man kann viele der Sehenswürdigkeiten (z.B. Rialtobrücke, Markusplatz, ...) zu Fuß erreichen. Der Campo San Polo liegt unmittelbar in der Nähe des Hotels. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Ausgesprochen freundlich war das Personal. Ein Hotel in dem man die Tage in Venedig voll genießen kann.

Toller Geheimtipp im Herzen Venedigs

Das kleine feine Hotel liegt sehr zentral in einer ruhigen Seitengasse, für lärmempfindliche Schläfer ist es echt perfekt. Direkt neben dem Campo San Polo bietet es einen super Ausgangspunkte für die Erkundung von Venedig. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück bietet eine tolle Auswahl und ist mit Liebe zubereitet.

Das Hotel liegt in einem etwas ruhigeren Teil von Venedig aber nahe genug an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hat uns sehr geholfen.
Frühstück ist klein aber bietet alles was man braucht, inkl. Glutenfreier Optionen

Excelente hotel
Pros:

Quarto bem amplo, espaçoso, instalações novas, banheiro grande e novo, cama excelente, e figrobar com várias variedades em bebidas, vinho. Próximo a alguns restaurantes, mas fica uns 15 minutos a pé da ponte, e principal avenida.
