L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere i posti principali della città.
La zona è tranquilla, il personale è gentilissimo, la camera spaziosa con un bel bagno.

シャワーの不具合がなければ、満点でした。
Pros:

静かな環境にある美しい建物とセンスの良い部屋。
1時間早く到着し荷物を預かって貰おうとしましたら、アーリーチェックインさせていただき助かりました。交通機関（水上バスやタクシー等）や色々な質問にも丁寧に対応してくださるフロントマネージャーに感謝します。
昼過ぎから夜までロビーで自由にお茶やコーヒーが飲めます。

サン•ポーロ広場（写真添付）の直ぐそばに有り、見つけやすかったです。

シャワーは、天井付けの物しかありません。
チェックアウト前夜からはボイラーの不調でお湯が出ませんでした。夜勤のスタッフでは対応出来ず、翌日外部に修理を頼んでいた様子です。全室同じトラブルでした。

冷蔵庫にアルコール類を含む飲み物等が入っていますが、部屋にはコップ類が置いてないのでロビーからマグカップを持って来て使いました。

Pros:

Recomiendo 100%, es un hotel tranquilo y silencioso. La ubicación está muy bien, el personal es muy cálido y acogedor, el desayuno es variado y muy bueno, la limpieza genial.

Pros:

El hotel es pequeño, con pocas habitaciones. Las habitaciones superiores no tienen ascensor, pero es muy cómodo. Personal muy amable, bonito, desayuno bastante completo.
Te sientes muy agusto. Parada de vaporeto como a dos "manzanas". Está cerca del puente Rialto y a 15 mn andando de la plaza de S. Marcos.

Cons:

Si tienes dificultades para andar( andador, silla ruedas) o carrito bebe la situación no es adecuada. Tienes que pasar por el puente rialto que es grande con muchas escaleras numerosas veces. Los puentes en Venecia( excepto muy pocos) son con escaleras y no accesibles

Muy buena ubicación y muy linda las habitaciones
Pros:

Las instalaciones están muy buenas nos tocó una habitación en planta baja con patio. Muy cómoda.
El desayuno es excelente!!

Heel fijn persoonlijk hotel, kleine details voor verbetering vatbaar
Pros:

Locatie is in relatief rustige San Polo wijk, maar alle toeristische spots zijn of per vaporetto en/of lopend te bereiken. Goed geslapen, geen rumoer van buiten en de kamer is lekker donker. Uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het ontbijt is in een relatief kleine ruimte, maar zeer compleet qua aanbod. Iedere dag was er een tafeltje vrij voor ons vrij. In de middag en avond kun je daar koffie en thee pakken en meenemen naar de kamer. Op de kamer is nl geen waterkoker. Dit is een prima oplossing. De kamer en badkamer zijn zeer schoon. Ik denk dat als het hotel een lift zou hebben, het een 4 sterren kwalificatie zou verdienen. Op de begane grond zijn vier kamers, dus het ontbreken ervan hoeft geen probleem te zijn.
Bij vertrek hebben we onze koffers daar nog een aantal uur achter kunnen laten, dat was heel prettig!

Cons:

De items voor persoonlijke verzorging werden niet bijgevuld. Ik moest de receptie zelf om douchegel en zelfs twee keer om wc-papier vragen. De vloer van de douchecel was best glad. Daarom gebruikte ik de dunne doek om er op te staan. Het emergency koord was zo hoog opgeknoopt, dat mocht je vallen je daar niet meer bij kan.
Ook ben ik door de receptie niet gewezen op het bestaan van en de mogelijkheid tot vrijstelling van de verplichte citytax van de stad Venetië. Mocht je arriveren op een 'pay-day' en bijvoorbeeld controle op het 'bus-' station, heb je meteen een boete te pakken. Bij navraag heeft de medewerker ter plekke het betreffende formulier gemaild.

Location excellent, really nice small boutique hotel, very nice breakfast each day, very friendly and helpful staff.
