Pros:

Absolutely brilliant stay, highly recommend. Room was huge & v comfy bed & lots of amenities.
The staff were so lovely & helpful. Great hotel facilities & breakfast was delicious too.
Excellent central location but still a quiet nights sleep.

One of the nicest and least self obsessed hotels.
Pros:

Great reception staff, spacious and sensibly equipped room, very comfortable bedding, centrally located and little traffic noise. Games room and gym a bonus. Complimentary fruit is better than usual biscuits.

Cons:

Not sure about nespresso coffee machine.

Ein stilvoller Aufenthalt mit sehr gutem Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Hotel Spalentor hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Kein modernes Hotel, aber ein klassisches und absolut gepflegtes. Sowohl die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang als auch die Serviererin im geschmackvollen Frühstücksraum waren sehr freundlich und professionell. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet war vielfältig und in guter Qualität. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral mit guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Had driven over 6 hours to get there, glad to have a rest. I wish I’d booked a second night in order to see the Old Town

Sehr schönes, sauberes und gemütliches Hotel. Leckeres Frühstück, herzliche Gastfreundschaft und ein sehr bequemes Bett. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt!
