We loved the place: breakfast was delicious and the staff was so amazing and helpful.
Pros:

The location was excellent. It was just a few bus stops from the train station. The rooms were large and very comfortable.

Cons:

We liked everything about the property.

It was an overall very pleasant experience
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The location was excellent, since it was very near Basel downtown. Overall I recommend the place

Excellent hotel with great staff and working AC
Pros:

Excellent hotel with really nice staff. Room was large, AC worked really well, bed was very comfy and was also really quiet as the windows are well insulated.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was great. Best hotel on our trip.

Excellent hotel. Exceptionally clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The welcome we received from the staff on arrival was very friendly. There was a lovely jug of lemon water on reception to help ourselves to on arrival, as we were very hot.
The room was fabulous. Sparkling clean with a huge comfy bed, coffee machine, leather rocking chair which was so comfortable. A very nice bathroom and handy storage area. There was also welcome fruit in the room, which is a very nice touch.
We had a lovely view of the Basel Gate from our room, too.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like. The hotel was superb and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. We sat outside in the garden when we were waiting for our airport transfer, it was very nice and peaceful, even though it is on a main road.
The hotel kindly stored our cases for us when we checked out.
There is a bar, but we only had a soft drink and an ice cream when we were sat outside, so can't really give much information about that.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

Very clean, quiet and spacious room with excellent double glazing that completely shut out the traffic sounds. Exterior shutters were a welcome addition to protect from the heat of the sun. Well positioned for a pleasant walk through the old town.

Cons:

The hotel doesn't particularly have kerb appeal but once inside it is very nice. Communal areas would not stand out as 4 star.
Would have liked to have continental breakfast included in the price.
