Comfort Inn Hotel

The rooms were marketed with inclusion of Wifi, in reality the wifi signal was very poor, intermittent with many many cases no signal/internet at all. I discourage staying at this hotel that do not fullfill their announced commitments.

Additionally, receptionist is unfriendly and unprofessional that do not fit in the tourism industry

Very old hotel

Menu options displayed in elevator and menu given in room did not have any of options listed... you can hear through walls all hours of the night. Bad internet reception and no channels on TV... would not recommend... wish i could get a refund!

Good hotel

Very good and safe and clean with good facility.

Restaurant poor, for breakfast sknetins staff didnt show up.

I can't say I'm surprised at how highly this hotel is rated. This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Even though the wifi in the room was not connected at all, the staff did nothing to help. To top it off, the reception staff laughed and dismissed my request for a different room. This is a serious problem though.
Anyway, I would not recommend this hotel.

Value for this price, but should not be 3 star. Sound insulation is not very good. Rooms bit old, but close to night market and supermarket

Very clean hotel.
You will find tea facitlity inside the room with hot water kettle.
Bell boys are alk very helpful.
If you want a very clean and hygienic hotel at very cheap rate , then this Hotel is the perfect choice.
The only drawback is, the mattress was very uncomfortable as i could feel the springs and mattres was completely worn out.
I cannot comment about the noise level that much , as all the bars and restaurants were shut due to the outbreak of Corona virus COVID 19.
Hotel is a 4 minute walk from the biggest metro station called Union ( Itehad in Arabic) this station connects the Red and green lines.
5 minutes walk to the most oldest and famous AL Ghurair centre.
Across the road you have 24/7 convenient store which serves almost everything a person requires.

Very good value for money. I was pleasantly surprised in all respects. This is a very nice, well equipped place to stay if you're traveling on a budget but still expect some comfort and amenities. The staff was very helpful too. The location, very close to the Union metro station and with all sorts of shops and restaurants just round the corner was ideal. Would definitely stay there again if I go back to Dubai.

Cheap hotel. Good location. Close to shopping mall and supermarkets. Don't go to the spa.
