Pros:

Bem primeiro teremos de destacar o Acolhimento/Atendimento da recepção . Muito obrigado pelo acolhimento e informações úteis prestadas! - Hotel muito bonito (no centro da cidade de Moura). Levando em consideração a sua história! Foi só uma noite... mas iremos voltar numa próxima oportunidade. Pequeno almoço bom se levarmos em consideração a classificação do Hotel.

Bem hajam e continuem a dignificar o que o Alentejo tem de melhor!!!

Cons:

Casa de banho extremamente pequena! Mas compreensível levando em consideração que é um edifício do Séc: XVII... em contrapartida o hotel tem pormenores na sua arquitectura (para quem gosta!... que vale a pena apreciar!!).

El edificio es espectacular, manteniendo la estructura original y con unos techos altísimos y suelos de madera precisos!! Merece la pena solo por ver el edificio!
El desayuno muy completo y el personal muy amable!

Muy recomendable.
Pros:

El desayuno es bueno y variado. La ubicación inmejorable.

Cons:

El agua caliente tarda muchísimo en salir, quizás más de 10 minutos. Es algo que se debería arreglar inmediatamente.

An excellent choice in Moura
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff on reception.
A very elegant building with lovely breakfast room.
Free street parking outside the door.
15 minutes walk to city centre, but some restaurants close by.

Cadre magnifique d'un palais
Pros:

La réceptionniste de jour a servi d'interprète pour un contact avec un garagiste qui ne parlait ni français ni anglais. Le réceptionniste de nuit nous a ouvert la salle de petit déjeuner pour prendre un café chaud.

Do hotel em geral, o edificio é muito giro e tem todas as comodidades necessárias, superando até as expectativas que tinha para um hotal de 3 estrelas.

Cons:

O wc do meu quarto era apenas um espaço com sanita e outro com base de duche, com uma porta de vidro de correr.
Mas no quarto dos meus filhos o wc era bom
