Did not have breakfast
The fan running in the bathroom for an extended time was annoying. When the light in the bathroom is turned on it triggers the bathroom fan to initiate. If the light is left on the fan continues to operate. Once the bathroom light is turned off it takes 15-20 minutes for the fan to stop. Very annoying especially during the middle of the night when using the bathroom.
The room had air conditioning! It is a beautiful property with shops and restaurants nearby. Hosts were very friendly and helpful!
Had some construction going on but the beautiful setting on the river made it worthwhile!

Lovely hotel overlooking the river. Loved the breakfast. Food & cappuccinos were really good with excellent variety and selections. It was easily walkable to train station. The balcony views were scenic and beautiful. We really enjoyed staying in Interlaken.
Front of the property is under renovation. The shower and bathroom in the mountain view room is a bit small. We never received emails with our Interlaken passes, so ended up paying some extra to get around.
The room view and location is the only nice thing about the stay
The rooms are not worth the price of the stay and there was extra fees to pay at property
It is in a great location - the outdoor seating in front of the hotel is at the edge of the Aare river, and only a 5 minute walk from the Interlaken West station. The staff are very friendly. The single room that I had was a good size.
Unfortunately a noisy neighbour above me made sleeping difficult on one night. The staff informed the person and that solved the problem for the next night.

Localização muito boa, fiquei no melhor quarto do hotel entao era bem espaçoso e bonito, só nao tinha vista do lago🫠
A cama era extremamente mole, quando deitava afundava a cama me engolia kkkk, as costas doía ficava toda afundada, os travesseiros precisam ser trocados urgentes, muito ruim, parecia fofo, hora que deitava ele virava um pastel, ficava fino igual papel, ele e nada era mesma coisa, tive que pedir outro na recepção pra ver se conseguia dormir
