Pros:

Confortável, localização boa e ótima comunicação com os funcionários, super prestativos.

Cons:

O chuveiro foi um pouco incomodo pra tomar banho. Pequeno e a água não descia, então tínhamos que ter cuidado para não inundar o banheiro como aconteceu no primeiro dia.

Good value for money, great restaurant next door
Pros:

Residence l’Incanto offers good value for money in a sleepy little village of San Pietro. The property is about 10 mins on foot from the main road / bus stop. They allow late self-check-in. The apartment (ours was the Neapolis) was big enough for a family with two kids. It had a nice terrace and a great sunset view towards Sorrento. There’s a great slow food restaurant next door, highly recommended!

Cons:

There were some very loud and inconsiderate American teens / young adults partying in the same building and their noise travelled to our bedroom very well. Since there’s no staff present during the night, it’s difficult to control such problems.

Pros:

Unterkunft ist gut. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung etwas düster und bissl in die Jahre gekommen. Aber es war dennoch gut.
Badezimmer sauber.
Was schade war dass wir dass Zimmer im EG hatten und im Hof sitzen mussten. Der war nicht ganz so ansprechend.
Schöner hatten es die anderen, welche weiter oben waren.
Dachterrasse gehört auch zu einer Wohnung, nicht täuschen lassen. Nicht für alle zugänglich.
Tolles Restaurant in der Nähe um Ort an der Hauptstraße, sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Aussenbereich um Hof, Sitzkissen für die Stühle wären ideal.
Einrichtung könnte bissl heller und freundlicher sein

Logement réservé non conforme
Pros:

Vue à couper le souffle, grand lit King size, environnement super, parking appréciable.

Cons:

J’avais réservé un appartement avec terrasse privative, moyennant des frais supplémentaires. En arrivant la porte de notre terrasse était condamnée et nous avons été invité à utiliser la terrasse commune. Le propriétaire et la femme de ménage ont fait comme si c’était normal et nous on juste dit d’utiliser la terrasse commune. Ce n’est vraiment pas correct!!

Pour un appartement disposant d’une cuisine, le logement manque un peu d’équipements pour pouvoir se restaurer sur place.

Attention à la façon dont vous vous stationner dans le parking car le propriétaire a été très virulent envers une autre guest qui était mal stationnée…

We would stay there again in the main apartment. It was beautiful and had great views.
Pros:

The property was beautiful. The view was amazing. The beds were comfortable. We are a few times at the restaurant located right behind there and that was fabulous!

Cons:

We had three apartments two were great, one was not. The one on the lower level, the eracleion. This one was very musty smelling. There was mold in the shower. The toilet seat was broken. The air conditioning didn’t work, we thought we had gotten it to work but it was like a swamp cooler and not air conditioner. All my items felt wet all the time. The doors to get fresh air couldn’t open properly either. It is hard to get taxis up there. We ended up getting a car for that reason.

Bonito pero no volvería
Pros:

La vista desde la ventana del salón.
El apartamento era cómodo y grande. El wifi funciona muy bien, y la verdad que se agradece porque es una zona muy complicada. Es muy tranquilo, pero tienes que alquilar coche o moto si o sí.

Cons:

La mujer que nos recibió es muy atenta y amable, pero a pesar de eso solo habla italiano así que nos ha costado un poco comunicarnos. Nosotros viajamos de España y además de español podíamos hablar en inglés pero la mujer nos ha dicho que solo italiano. Lo dejo aquí para que vayáis con el traductor preparado. Llegamos un domingo después del mediodía y todo estaba cerrado, y no teníamos moto ni coche aún, en el alojamiento no había agua, ni servilletas, un día en el que todo lo cercano está cerrado. En la finca de al lado estaban celebrando una comunión, por lo tanto gritos y música no han faltado. Nos habían encantado las vistas de la terraza que enseña en la foto, y cogimos apartamento con vistas al mar, pero las vistas (que son preciosas) solo las vimos desde la ventana del salón, la terraza de las fotos solo la tienen los apartamentos superiores. En nuestro apartamento el vater funcionaba fatal. No había forma de que evacuara el agua, tuvimos que coger uno de los cubos de basura y llenarlo con agua para tirar en el vater cada vez que lo utilizábamos. Nosotros estábamos todo el día fuera. Almorzábamos y cenábamos fuera, salvo la última noche, que como tuvimos que devolver la moto de alquiler compramos pizza para calentar. En ese momento nos dimos cuenta que no hay ni horno ni microondas, pero es verdad que no lo especifica, pero lo que sí había y no pudimos utilizar es la sartén, porque estaba desastrosa. El armario de la habitación no tiene estantes, así que hay que apoyar la maleta casi a la altura del suelo.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Pros:

Saubere, geräumige Zimmer. Bequeme Betten. Lage ist top. Nebenan ein Restaurant mit sehr leckerem Essen. Minimarket in der Nähe, wo man frische Paninis erhält. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Restaurant nebenan ist fantastisch.

Cons:

Leider ist es für uns nicht nachvollziehbar, wie die Unterkunft eine bislang so gute Bewertung erhalten konnte.
Wir hatten die untere Maisonettewohnung, in der es modrig roch. Von dieser Wohnung ist auch die Dachterrasse nicht erreichbar. Das Bettlaken war dreckig und die Handtücher rochen leicht nach Zigarettenrauch.
