Excellent hotel in Taormina.
Pros:

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. I spent 5 nights here with my family. The reception staff - Elena, Martina - and all the others were so helpful and could not do enough. They helped with restaurant bookings, arranging taxis, boat excursions. The rooms are lovely, the breakfast is nice and the pool area is wonderful. Even laundry is complimentary. The location of the hotel is perfect - a few minutes walk to the main part of Taormina.

A charming hotel with excellent service and a perfect location in Taormina.
Pros:

Beautiful historic villa with elegant architecture and a great atmosphere. Excellent location within walking distance of Taormina’s main attractions. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean, and the breakfast was very good. The pool area and the views made the stay even more enjoyable.

The check-out experience was very disappointing. Although check-out was at 11:00 a.m., at around 11:30 a.m. the staff stood outside our room for approximately 20 minutes, repeatedly urging us to leave because new guests were arriving. The approach felt uncomfortable and not appropriate for a hotel of this standard. They also never asked whether we wished to extend our stay.

In addition, during our second stay the room was much smaller and significantly less comfortable than the one we had during our previous visit, despite a similar price. Overall, our second experience did not match the high standard of our first stay.

Comfortable and well located
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location and the option of parking is great. The decoration is very “Italian”, with the right amount of vintage and modern. The bed was very VERY comfy, and the bathroom and shower fantastic. The service and staff were very attentive.

Cons:

We stayed in the Junior Suite and feel like I expected more for what it costs per night. It wasn’t very big with no extra space apart from the bedroom itself. Only plus was the private jacuzzi.
