Il personale ci ha sempre seguito su ogni nostra domanda, ci hanno consigliato su parcheggio, come arrivare, che traghetto prendere per raggiungere Corte Nova, ci hanno consigliato i ristoranti, i traghetti x raggiungere le isole....e per finire al nostro risveglio ci hanno dato il buongiorno con un vassoio di pasticcini ❤️ appartamento grande con 2 camere da letto, pulito ed accogliente situato in una zona tranquilla.
Per la mia famiglia è stata una vacanza eccellente!

Very lovely apartment, comfortable, modern, spacious and very clean. The location was superb overlooking picturesque old buildings and of course the canal below, it was also only a 10 minute walk to all of the main sights but was lovely and quiet in this particular area. There was a brilliant supermarket just across the bridge from the apartment complex that had everything you needed to stock up your kitchen. We had an absolutely fantastic time here and I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Venice with everything at your fingertips.
Not enough plug sockets around this particular apartment, the smaller bedroom only had one. Could also do with more cooking utensils in the kitchen and we only had one tea towel to use during our stay. We stayed here for 5 nights but only ever had one set of towels supplied, one bath towel and one hand towel per person, so had to use the same towels again and again.
We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed everything. The apartment was very clean and it was приятно to stay there — comfortable and well-kept. The staff was also very kind and pleasant.
The location is very convenient: it’s in a quiet area with no noise, but at the same time it’s easy to get to shops, and it’s close to the city center and main tourist spots. So we felt very comfortable, calm, and relaxed during our stay.
