sarebbe tutto ottimo, ampi spazi accoglienti. l'unica nota un po dolente nel mio caso è l'ascensore in cui entra una sola persona, ma che arriva fino al 2 piano (io ero al 3°)

La localisation.

Cons:

L’appartement est situé à côté d’un bar, impossible de dormir la nuit. Les gens hurlaient en dehors du bar, sans compter le voisin du dessus qui faisait beaucoup de bruit. L’appartement est très mal isolé, il y avait aussi énormément de moustiques, nous avons été dévorés. Le lit n’est pas très confortable, il y a un trou au milieu. Et notre hôte nous a fait savoir (au dernier moment) que nous devions passer payer la taxe de séjour à son bureau, ce qui nous a bien couper la première journée. Bref, vous pouvez trouver mieux !

Nice place, until you read you are obliged to take the rubbish out
Pros:

The place was clean, looked according to photos and description. Good for a short stay in Venice.

Cons:

The kitchen wares are a bit old and overused. No big pan, if you wish to make a meal for all of you. The worst part was the obligation to take the trash out. There is no information about this in the description, yet there are signs in the apartment. They say that additional costs will be counted if the trash won't be taken out before your leave.

In my opinion, it's absurd since it's the object responsibility to take care of such matters, especially in the city of Venice, where waste disposal is more complex than in other cities.

Beautiful, spacious apartment perfect for our needs. Great view directly onto a canal.
Pros:

Friendly staff and lovely spacious and clean accommodation. 15 minutes walk from saint marks square. We had the three bedrooms apartment. Perfect for a mother travelling with 2 adult children.

Cons:

The steep staircase up to the third bedroom with open side felt a bit perilous. Not suitable for a small child or someone with poor mobility.

Memorable
Pros:

The flat was very spacious and equipped with a lovely kitchen. The position is great as it’s only few minutes walk from San MarcoSquare but not in a busy area. There’s a lovely grocery store next to it that came very handy for the evening as most restaurants were booked up.

Pros:

Zona tranquilla, stanza pulita ed accogliente, posizione ottima, vicino alla fermata Ospedale. Servizio di check-in a distanza ottimo e puntuale.
Tiziana molto gentile e premurosa.

Cons:

Accesso alle stanze, dislocate rispetto agli appartamenti, tramite una rampa di scale un po stretta e ripida, ma niente di grave.
