Pros:

Our stay in Bruges was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all our expectations.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. The staff made us feel truly valued as guests, and their attention to detail was remarkable throughout our stay.

Excellent location, clean, tidy and good value hotel
Pros:

Excellent location a short 10/15 minute walk from the main city centre. Hotel was clean and tidy. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful when they were there.

Cons:

Reception was not always staffed, although it was not a problem for us its nice to see someone at the hotel when you come and go.

Everything creaks very loudly: the floor, the door, and the walls. Every time someone from any floor moves, you can hear it. It was impossible to sleep because of the constant noise

Mediocre, Hotel sale, personnel desagreable

Hotel très sale et délaissé, la personne à l’accueil est désagréable, pas professionnelle. Ne respecte pas les horaires d’ouverture de l’accueil, nous a laissé attendre une demi heure car elle a du partir avant les horaires de fermeture. Nous étions à 15h30 et l’accueil ne ferme qu’a 17h: pourtant elle était déjà partie. À son retour, elle s’est comporté d’une manière désagréable. Elle nous a fait attendre une demi heure avec des enfants en bas âge sans aucun mot d’excuse pour la gêne occasionné. Les chambres sont sales (voir photos) et les toilettes contiennent des traces jaunes. Les lits sont inconfortables et contiennent des traces noires… pas de climatisation, le débit de l’eau est tellement faible que prendre une douche est une corvée. Bref passez votre chemin, cherchez un autre hotel.
