Guests with same-day bookings must arrive before 22:00.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in. Guests younger than 21 years of age must stay with a parent or guardian.

Reservations with more than one (1) dog or a Single dog over the size of over 40lb are required to get a King Room, Double Room, Family Suite, or Ashe Cottage.

Pets are only allowed on the first floor, because of this, the hotel has a limited amount of pet-friendly rooms. A request at the moment of booking is highly encouraged to guarantee your pet-friendly room.

Prima hotel
Pros:

Ligging op Key West is perfect. In het oude gedeelte van Key West waardoor met de fiets alles makkelijk te zien is. Hotel is een wir war aan kamers maar deze zijn schoon en comfortabel. Zwembad goed voor af te koelen en ontbijt is niks bijzonders maar prima. Bij hotel kun je fietsen huren, is aanrader.

Für 1 Nacht war es ganz ok.
Pros:

Es sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos

Cons:

Wir haben für 5 Personen gebucht. Das 5. Bett war nicht bezogen, mussten wir selbst erledigen und wir hatten nur 2 große Duschhandtücher vorgefunden. Das Frühstück hatte keine große Auswahl.

Always feel at home at The Palms 🩷
Pros:

The Palms Hotel feels like my home away from home. The location is perfect, with bikes available right on site and everything close by. The rooms are always clean and cozy, the breakfast is great, and the pool is so refreshing. The staff are wonderful—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I stay here every time I visit Key West and wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Très agréable
Pros:

Un hôtel authentique et très jolie avec ambiance KW. Une petite confortable et un petit déjeuner de qualité.

Cons:

L'isolation de la chambre était limite. Obliger de laisser la clim à 16 degrés pour avoir la chambre à 21 degrés.
Les matelas sont très mou et les oreillers très gros.
