Reservations with more than one (1) dog or a Single dog over the size of over 40lb are required to get a King Room, Double Room, Family Suite, or Ashe Cottage.

Pets are only allowed on the first floor, because of this, the hotel has a limited amount of pet-friendly rooms. A request at the moment of booking is highly encouraged to guarantee your pet-friendly room.

Great place for small groups. Would stay here again
Pros:

Quaint hotel, we lucked out with parking right out front. Nice pool area, breakfast was decent. Pool bar was never open when we were around. Very quiet. People were friendly. Loved the local rooster and always felt safe

Cons:

Was a little too far from Duval street. We walked everywhere so definitely got our steps in. Hot water was a challenge but eventually with enough patience had a hot shower.

Cons:

There was nowhere to hang any clothes in the room just a rack to hang a couple of shirts. It was very strange.

Loved bike rentals but the sign out is confusing with the way locks are labeled. Difficult to see

L’hotel est mignon avec une piscine agréable mais c est petit pour s’y bronzer il y a peu de place ! mais tres mal insonorisé, il y a un coq qui vit sur place et qui chante au levé du soleil il fait le savoir, demandez à ne pas avoir une chambre en rez de chaussée autour de la piscine car le petit dejeuner se passe la le matin et vous entendrez tout le monde.
En gros prévoyez des boules quies !
Key West est tres sympa il faut y passer une soirée, tout se passe sur la rue Duval c est tres vivant, mais au prix de cet hotel vous pouvez surement trouver moins cher, le mieux est de s’eloigner du centre si vous êtes véhiculé, ca sera moins cher, on a payé 390 euros la nuit c est honteux pour la prestation, donc je ne recommande pas du tout cet hotel .

Was a very nice property just ask for end unit d/t thin connecting walls.
Pros:

We are walkers so we enjoyed the location. We were able to walk to the southernmost point downtown Duvall Street all areas but again we enjoy a walk.

Cons:

It’s a great property, beds were great, very comfy, but my bad I didn’t read enough reviews, you can hear neighbors like in same room when have room in both sides of yours. if I had known prior to booking I would have asked for an end unit because rooms are set up on one side bathroom to bathroom did not hear those neighbors at all except when showering. Other side of room was just a very thin wall with a door and you could hear the people even if talking quietly like they were in your room. I wish I knew to ask for end unit that just had bathroom to bathroom wall. I did ask about changing my room after neighbors checked in and they were very very happy to do that but wasn’t able to until the next day. I did ask about earplugs and girl at desk was super wonderful and supplied them for us. We did opt not to change and just used earplugs and a sound app on our phone for nighttime sleeping for when the young guys next-door came home late at night lol.

- Das Frühstück (alles aus Plastik, Auswahl schlecht, wir waren mehr als enttäuscht)
- wir haben uns beim Check-In nicht willkommen gefühlt. Allgemein war das Hauskeeping und der junge Herr am Empfang am freundlichsten.
- man hört die Nachbarn niesen, streiten, jedes Wort. Es war für uns okay, aber man sollte das auf dem Schirm haben.
