El hotel es regular bueno, pero tiene que mejorar o bajar los precios

La habitación es ruidosa por el equipo de aire AC cual es antiguo y estaba junto a la cama.

O café da manhã é satisfatório

Cons:

As acomodações precisam de um retrofit urgentemente - inclusive aumentando a parte do refeitório para a parte dos sofás que fica vazio grande parte do dia e no horário de café não há espaço suficiente. O elevador demora bastante também em momentos de grande movimento

Instalaciones un poco antiguas, las fotos publicadas no son la realidad
El olor a comida por la mañana muy desagradable

Foi bacana, mas em termos de acessibilidade precisa de treinamentos.
Pros:

- Café da manhã atendeu as expectativas, variedades de fruta , pães e bebidas de acordo com o esperado. Tudo bem quentinho, fresco e saboroso.
- Quarto bem climatizado, limpo e organizado;
- Boa localização;
- Equipe cordial e gentil;

Cons:

Devido a um hóspede nosso ter acessibilidade , essa informação não ficou clara no chek in tendo que averiguar na reserva a observação que deixei, e nas passagens dos turnos da recepção não era comunicado sobre essa nossa necessidade , como por exemplo , local em que estava a rampa adaptável para cadeirante e como utilizar lá conosco, sendo que em uma noite foi necessário realizar improviso para subir os degraus .
