Een heerlijk plek om van daaruit de leuke stad te bezoeken.

Super Lage zur Altstadt, sehr nettes Personal, Tiefgarage am Hotel, Bar mit Außenterasse am Abend;-)

Unterirdisch!
Pros:

Außer dem sehr freundlichen Personal eigentlich nichts. Wir wurden in ein anderes Hotel auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite umgebucht. Das Zimmer war im Souterrain. Als Entschädigung gab es ein Freigetränk an der Bar. Das Ganze ohne Vorankündigung und eine Möglichkeit der Stornierung, so dass wir ein anderes Hotel hätten buchen können.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war dunkel und nicht sauber. Wir mussten ein Kopfkissen verschmutzt reklamieren. Danach haben wir festgestellt, dass das Laken auch nicht sauber war. Vieles war verstaubt, schlecht gesaugt und es gab Schmutzfahnen auf den Fliesen im Bad. Dafür war der Preis erheblich zu hoch und das Getränk an der Bar als Ausgleich ein Witz. Wir fühlen uns als Gäste schlecht behandelt und werden nicht wiederkommen.

Hotel, Zimmer, Garage, alles top!!

Cons:

Etwas unglücklich war die Besetzung der Bar! Stellenweise war keiner da, oder der an der Rezeption, hatte keine Zeit. (Handy war wichtiger) Wie wir angekommen sind, am 13.09. um 15:00 Uhr war die Rezeption noch super. Nach Schichtwechsel nicht mehr so.
