Pros:

Schönes Zimmer und wirklich top sauber. War auch definitiv grösser als ein durschnittliches Hotelzimmer. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist bestens, es ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Zudem kann man einen Einstellhallenplatz buchen, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Ruhige Lage. Mega Plus: das Frühstücksbuffet ist echt top!

Buen hotel en el centro de Friburgo, pero en zona muy tranquila por la noche.
Pros:

La ubicación, junto al centro y barrio histórico. Las habitaciones de tamaño generoso. Camas cómodas. Baño y ducha amplios. Todo muy limpio.
El desayuno es fantástico, con bastante variedad, y todo de calidad. Hay pan sin gluten bajo petición, pero No hay bollería sin gluten (por lo menos a nosotros no nos la ofrecieron).
El personal nos trató con amabilidad en toda la estancia.

Cons:

Nos pusieron algunas toallas muy gastadas y con agujeros. Lo comunicamos en recepción la primera noche y nos la cambiaron, pero la siguiente noche nos volvieron a poner una toalla desgastada. No nos pareció digno de un hotel de esa categoría (ni de otra).

Der Frühstüchsraum war übervoll und dem Standard nicht angemessen. Kaffee war aus dem Automaten unterirdischer Geschmack. Personal überfordert und aufgrund des mangelnden Platzes wurde das Buffet nicht ausreichend versorgt und Geschirr nicht abgeräumt.
