Het personeel in het hotel was bijzonder vriendelijk en de service erg goed.
Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed.
Her hotel ligt op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen van de champagnehuizen, een prima locatie dus.
Niets viel tegen.
Amazing hotel & lovely staff. Really wish they had good dinner options and had a gym or at least weights

Vriendelijk personeel op een ideale plek
The property is nice and well located
The EV charging cost were so outrageous that it ruined our stay. Charging the car over night costs us more than half the price of one night at the hotel. It was simply shocking.
The location is perfect for a visit to Epernay. It was nice to have on site secure parking, but it was easy to walk to the champagne houses and into the center of Epernay. We enjoyed the breakfast in the beautiful breakfast room. The entire property is beautiful. The staff, especially Julien, were all warm and welcoming.
Nothing- only that we had to leave.
What a dream. Everything exceeded our expectations. A truly stunning stay with a great staff and a breakfast I’ll be thinking about forever!
If I were to say anything, I would say larger pillows may be nice . They are a bit small, however they are plush and still very cozy!
This really is a nice place to stay. Location close to Epernay is very good and there is private on site parking for a small additional cost. The staff are pleasant and professional and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room was nicely furnished and very quiet at night. Breakfast was superb with an amazing choice.
Pretty much everything
The road was a tad noisy first thing in the morning
The hotel was beautiful, the staff at the hotel are very friendly and professional. The rooms are stunning especially the bathroom. It is very clean! The breakfast was delicious but I would have liked more options. The bed wasn’t very comfortable but the bedding was very nice. Overall we had a enjoyable stay.
The property has great history (although is now privately run, separate from the Mercier heritage) and is both nicely located and a very pretty venue. There is on site parking (for which they charge an unacceptable premium given the room rates).
Constant ‘nickel and dimeing’ on everything. It is probably the most expensive hotel in Epernay, yet they weasel away at the edges. Parking (as noted above), we tried to check in an hour early and they asked for a surcharge even though room was ready), we stayed for 3 nights, paying over $1500, and tried to charge €5 for a tiny jug of milk for tea in room. Also, no coffee maker (just instant - we are in France!!) in room. Finally, room was really noisy with creaking boards above, but this could have been our room allocation. I would note we have stayed here before, but found this stay irritating. Finally, be warned, they charge a substantial premium for booking via Booking.com, unlike all other hotels in Epernay
Great location at the top end of Avenue de Champagne, boutique style hotel with friendly staff
We loved La Villa Eugene!! Felt transformed back into an era of elegance and comfort! We loved our terrace and the pool along with the decor and service! Could not recommend this hotel more! We will be back!
Nice room on the 3rd floor. Loves the Wugene Bar. Staff was wonderful.
We celebrated a milestone birthday at the La Villa Eugene the last weekend of September with two other couples. Our room was absolutely beautiful, with high ceilings, feautiful furniture, and amazing touches (like a old LV travel trunk as the bedroom bench and a fabulous bath tube). The service was attentive and definitely five stars. The champagne houses were a short walk down the Ave de Champagne.
