המלון במיקום טוב 10 דק' הליכה מהמרכז. נקי וצוות היה שירותי וענה לבקשתנו להחליף חדר. ארוחת בוקר טובה.

Cons:

באחד משני החדרים שקבלנו היה ריח לא טוב, למחרת שודרגנו לחדר אחר שהיה מצויין.

Wederom genoten van dit hotel.
Pros:

Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, ter plaatse klaargemaakt indien gewenst. zeer veel variatie.
Personeel zeer behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk.
Locatie is super, wandelafstand Casa Batlo.

Pros:

La pieza no es muy grande, el desayuno es bien bueno. EL personal poco atento.
La piscina ayuda mucho a pasar el calor.
Un día tuve que bajar a reclamar que no me hacían la pieza y era las 14:00 hrs.

Damaged floors in hallways, rooms had a faint smell of sewer. Pool area was not well maintained and pool was tiny and not very clean. Lift didn’t have directional control- that does seem like much but it stops at every level even if the people want to go in the other direction, and there is no way of tell which direction it going…

Ulaşım ve gezmede konumu çok çok iyi.

Cons:

Tuve un problema con el personal del desayuno pero la gerente lo resolvió muy bien. Lo otro que me molestó es que me estaba bañando y llegaron los guardias. Tuve que salirme de la ducha y decían que estaba fumando. Que se había activado la alarma de incendio! Sería por el vapor de la ducha. Yo no fumo. Fue incómodo

Oda genel olarak başarılı ve kullanışlıydı. Şehir merkezinde genel olarak gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Yine metroya 10 dk uzaklıkta. Etrafında güzel cafe ve barlar var. Tertemizdi. Bizim önceliklerimiz merkezi ve temiz olması olduğu için ihtiyacımızı çok güzel karşıladı.

Cons:

Resepsiyondaki arkadaşların insan ilişkilerini biraz daha geliştirmeleri gerektiğini düşünüyorum .

I would stay there again when in Barcelona.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The location was central but quiet. Ideal to walk to major sites. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
