Alma Grand Place Hotel

Location is ausum and very close to everything.
Very clean, quite, good service and breakfast more than you can expect from 3 star hotel.

Great location, only a few minutes away from the Grand Place and lots of restaurants, shops etc. Surprisingly quiet though at night time which was good. We had a duplex connecting family room which worked really well - beautifully clean and tidy. Staff are lovely - very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

The hotel is situeted in perfect location, in the very center of turistic Brussels. Any “must see” site is 15’ slow walk away, except Atomium. Also , there are a lot of options of public transporation. Hotel stuff is kind, friendly and supportive. For spoiled, If you are looking for luxury, you won’t find it hotel rooms. For the rest of us, rooms are comfrtable and clean, well maiteined. Good value for that money.

Location is perfect. It is only a 6 minute walk from the Central Station so it is very accessible even with luggage. It is also very close to the Grand Place so we walked around the area every night. Good restaurants nearby. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast choices could be improved but for the amount we paid, it was well worth it. The best thing was the staff, they were very nice, very accommodating. We came in early and our departure trip was also late and they allowed us to stay in the lobby. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Loved this hotel. Very convenient and close to Brussels Centraal station (less than a 5 minute walk) and close to the Grand Place in Brussels. We stayed in the duplex and loved having the second floor and door to separate our group. The room was cozy and had dressers, chairs, and a coffee maker. The hotel's breakfast is highly worth it with a variety of choices (yogurt, fruits, breads, eggs, beans, etc.) and a good coffee machine and it's in a sunny and open space on the ground floor. The staff were kind and helpful throughout the stay. A little noisy at night, but our earplugs blocked the street noise no problem. This is a great location and hotel!

I looked at A LOT of hotels when researching our trip to Brussels and I am so glad I chose Hotel Alma Grand Place. The location is perfect! 2 minute walk and you’re at Grand Place but also close to so many other sights, squares, bars, and cafes.
The hotel is very clean and the breakfast was lovely.
The person who handles the breakfast duties all by himself does a fantastic job staying on top of cleaning, refilling, and signing people in. What an asset to the hotel!
The other great thing about the hotel, besides the location, is the friendly, helpful, and very welcoming front desk staff. When you arrive somewhere after a long travel day it is truly pleasant to be greeted warmly. Hotel Alma has some awesome employees and they helped make our stay a happy one.

Perfectly situated hotel, well appointed and immaculately clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great too.

Stayed for 3 nights in a twin room with my friend.
Location is central to everything, which was a huge plus. The downside is that it was noisy at night until 5.00 am due to people passing by. We were at the front of the hotel in first floor so heard everything.
Room was nice and beds were comfortable with daily cleaning and replacing towels which were lovely white fluffy ones. Toiletries were also lovely by rituals . Kettle and tea ☕️ coffee in the room .
Breakfast was ok, not huge choice but something for everyone.
I would recommend Alma and stay again, but would request a room to the rear higher up.
All staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel near central station and really really close to Grand Place, really excellent location. Nice large room. Bathroom(s) a bit old style, but clean. Essential buffet for breakfast. Really nice staff.

I truly enjoyed the natural light in the cosy room and the lovely view over the rooftops. The customer-oriented service and the staff were consistently kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout my stay.

Nice hotel in good location. However, the bed was quite small and accessed only via a very steep staircase. The breakfast was cold and we had to ask for the food to be topped up.

A really lovely hotel in a great location. Off the plane, on to a train, and an eight minute walk to the hotel. Couldn't be easier. Very friendly and helpful staff will add to the quality of your stay. Good breakfast, and cosy rooms. A two minute walk to Grand Place!! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here.

Really nice central hotel. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond with helping with recommended restaurants etc. Shout out to Laura who translated a list of her favourite restaurants from French to English for us. I would highly recommend this hotel for future visits.

Good, small hotel very good location, poor breakfest, location is only valuable, clean enough, but heating was problem, I used additonal heater from closet. Bathroom and sheets clean also towels. Rooms small but big enough for two person

The hotel is close to the main train station, which is connected to the airport.. The hotel is in the city center and is in a very good location. The host was very polite and hospitable. The food, breakfast was good and nicely served. The rooms were clean and tidy.

The hotel is well placed, right in the centre of Brussels. The lady on the front desk was very friendly and helpful and told us some interesting places to visit which we would otherwise have missed. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good. The dining area was quiet and there was a good selection of food and drinks. Would definitely stay here again.

Arrived well before check in but had no issues with storing my luggage in the property. Location is superb, basically on the edge of the main tourist area around Grand Place. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was a mix of Continental and more English style cooked food. My only concern was in room 503 the Bathroom is only accessible via a narrow wooden spiral staircase, which I was ok with but would be an issue for elderly, infirm or drunk guests. Overall though my one night stay was very enjoyable and I would stay at the Alma again.
