Alma Grand Place Hotel

Arrived well before check in but had no issues with storing my luggage in the property. Location is superb, basically on the edge of the main tourist area around Grand Place. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was a mix of Continental and more English style cooked food. My only concern was in room 503 the Bathroom is only accessible via a narrow wooden spiral staircase, which I was ok with but would be an issue for elderly, infirm or drunk guests. Overall though my one night stay was very enjoyable and I would stay at the Alma again.

I had an amazing stay at Alma Hotel in Brussels! The location was perfect, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. What truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional service from Pablo. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His local tips and genuine hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Alma Hotel – and definitely look out for Pablo!

Night time was noise from all those neighbourhood businesses that they load and unload their stuff...

The hotel room was quite spacious for the price and is located within walking distance of the places we wanted to see.

The staff was great. We had a little trouble trying to check in. We were a little early and since Expedia hasn't paid the hotel yet (even though we reserved months ago) we could get access via the website to our room. The gentleman at the front desk found a work around and we got into our room. For dinning we walked to the Kensington Metro station area. We found plenty of excellent choices for breakfast and dinner, even a great pub.

The Alma Grand Place is located in a great place for access to the historic and cultural parts of Brussels. The area is packed with many dining spots as well. The staff is very attentive and professional and adjusted our room location upon noticing my wife’s knee problems. The rooms are compact but very comfortable. Bathrooms were on the small side and the showers in particular were a bit too snug for ease of use but otherwise all was well.

Very convenient to central train station and old city. Very quiet. Super welcoming and helpful staff. Readily agreed to a 1 hour late check-out.

Location is absolutely amazing. You can walk to any old city attractions in 5-7 minutes. Plenty of restaurants. Grand Place is only 3 minutes away. Royal Art Museums are only about 10-15 minutes walk.
But the room was less than average. Shower drain was forever clogged, it wasn't possible to adjust the shower temperature, it was either too cold or too hot, hairdryer was not functional. Bed was ok. Our room was on -1 floor, i.e. in the basement, but we still had a window that was looking into the courtyard with nothing in it, just the wall of the opposite building. But it wasn't expensive and the location was amazing as I said above.

This place is in a great location . The amenities were terrible .No lotion , Conditioner , room was hot .

The hotel was located within easy walking distance to everything and the train station was very close. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again

This hotel did not disappoint us at all! The rooms were spacious and the staff were incredible. It is located walking distance from Le Grand Place and Mannequin Pis. There are a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops outside. Breastfast has enough to for a long day of tours. I loved that we could connect Netflix or You Tube from our phones. It was a fantastic experience and left a very good impression of Brussels. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a short but really good stay: friendly and helpful staff, lovely and central place, good rooms, comfortable mattresses, clean toilets.
