This was a very nice stay. The location of the room is very convenient for strolls around the old city. The room was clean enough, the area is quiet and it was very easy to check in at Letoh hotel.
The room was a bit small and there was a backside view, both not in accordance to the high price. I would also enjoy a coffee machine and a small fridge.

The staff was extremely helpful, kind and ready to help you in anything. The location is great, in the center. Close to shops and public transport. The room was clean, comfortable and nice. Getting into the hotel and the room was pratical. We also had a personal welcome message with some chocolate that we appreciated a lot! Sure to be back soon!

Die Preis/Leistung ist schlecht. Es ist einfach ein Zimmer ohne Aussicht, ohne Hotellounge, ohme Tee- und Kaffeemöglichkeit etc, wofür es viel zu teuer ist.
Excellent location, very clean, restaurants and cafés (and very popular bakery) right nearby.
Tea and coffee facilities were very much appreciated. Good spacious and comfortable area to relax after exploring the surrounding area.
The air freshener in the entry and corridor was over-strong, but it did not affect the room.

The location was excellent, in the heart of the old part of town, near the cathedral and surrounded by nice and cosy small cafes and restaurants. Just on the side of the hotel was a restaurant with great traditional food. And a pleasant promenade to the Guggenheim museum.
El alojamiento estaba en pleno casco antiguo, ubicación perfecta. Sin duda lo que más me gustó fue la atención de Jorge a la hora de hacer el check in y check out por su amabilidad y por toda la ayuda que nos ofreció. Sin duda si vuelvo a Bilbao vendría a este hotel
