Cons:

Pas de réception à l’hôtel . Elle était dans un autre hôtel . Les chambres et les couloirs sont mal entretenus . Une sensation d’abandon

Pros:

Stanza nel centro di Bilbao, vicino a tutto, molto comodo.
Stanza grande, acqua nella hall sempre presente e gratis.
Comodo il check out entro le 12 e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli.

Cons:

Stanza buia, con affaccio interno.
Stanza grande, ma senza arredi comodi per i bagagli.
Assolutamente diversa dalle foto proposte da booking.

Friendly, clean, functional, and well-located
Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming staff, and the reception area (shared with another hotel down the street) was very pleasant. Extremely clean room. Very central location for exploring the old town, comfortable walk to the Guggenheim.

Cons:

Our room was not particularly spacious, and our window looked onto the interior courtyard, so it didn’t get a ton of light. It probably would have been worth paying to upgrade to one of the nicer rooms. That said, it was totally functional, clean, and well-located. A good place to stay in Bilbao.

Nicely located in the old city center.
Pros:

The location is nice. Right at the center of the old town. It was nice to have a tea corner downstairs to chill before going up.

Cons:

I don’t like vinyl on the floor and our room window gave out to a blind wall being at the back of the hotel. Although the room seemed pretty it did give me a claustrophobic feeling. But no stress, we were there only for sleeping. And being at the back we had zero noise from the busy city below us.

Gute Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt
Pros:

Toll ist die Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Der Check-In im 100m entfernten Hotel Letoh war unkompliziert. Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß, verfügt aber über einen kleinen Schreibtisch und auch das Bad mit der gut funktionierenden Dusche ist ok.

Cons:

Etwas mehr Ablagen im Bad wären schön.
