Nice hotel
Pros:

Excellent location. Comfy bed and pillows, lots of wardrobe space and good shower pressure.

Lovely big room with lots of space, two chairs and a table and a nice little Juliet window/balcony thing.

They let us leave our luggage at their sister hotel the day we checked out, the staff we spoke to at that hotel were friendly and helpful.

When we needed to message the WhatsApp help service for our hotel they did send up a fan after we requested it which was appreciated.

Cons:

When you arrive you have to check in at a hotel down the road instead and your hotel isn’t manned by anyone ever which makes it feel a bit empty.

The day we arrived was a little warmer than expected so we turned the aircon in the room on but it blasted out heat instead. We specifically booked this room as it was listed as having aircon and when we sent a WhatsApp message for support we were told the heating systems are centrally controlled and we therefore couldn’t change it. We felt the staff member messaging us was a little abrupt/rude but this could’ve also been a translation issue.

One day it reached 26/27 degrees and made the room uncomfortably hot at night, we tried the aircon again and luckily this time it came out cold. However in the middle of the night it began to blast out heat again making the room unbearably warm and difficult to sleep in.

Not major issues and probably not enough to put us off staying here again.

Pros:

La limpieza y la ubicación, excelentes. Todo son facilidades y comodidad. El contacto es directo desde antes de llegar y son muy atentos.

La habitación estaba limpia, la cama cómoda y la ubicación excelente. El baño tambien muy limpio. La atención del personal fue muy buena.
