Pros:

posizione perfetta, pieno centro del Casco Vejo, praticamente sul fiume, vicino al mercato della ribera e a piazza nueva
Guggenheim Museum e funicolare raggiungibili a piedi, città tranquilla, pulita

Very convenient central location and nice rooms.
Pros:

Very central location. We got upgraded to a premium room which was very spacious, with a large and comfortable bed. Nice interior/ decoration.

Cons:

Be aware that even in the low season it’s noisy on the streets and we could hear it with windows closed. It still didn’t bother us too much. But in the summer a room towards the courtyard might be better.

A great little hotel in the heart of the old town
Pros:

A great location central to the bars and shops. Easy to explore the old town of Bilbao and to the transport links. The room was very comfortable with a nice big bed and en-suite.

Cons:

It can be a little noisy in the evening- but we chose to be central and were not worried about street sounds. The initial smaller room was very warm so the staff kindly moved us to an external larger room which was much more comfortable.

La ubicación es excelente en todo el casco antiguo de la ciudad , aunque ni se puede aparcar el parking cercano nos hizo la estancia mucho más cómoda y el alojamiento ofrece un descuento .
Repetiremos sin duda .
Las limpiadoras super serviciales y agradables!!!

Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt, mitten im Casco Viejo und in unmittelbarer Nähe von den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Cons:

Da es Frühstücksangebote nur außerhalb des Hotels gab, wäre eine Möglichkeit, im Zimmer Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten, sehr angenehm gewesen.
