Fine as long as you dont expect too much.
Pros:

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was good for what we needed. The room was OK and fine for the 1 night we needed it for.

Cons:

The room was clean enough but the bathroom, in particular the shower was a grubby and needed a complete facelift. There are no nice touches here so dont go if you expect or need luxury. I cant get used to London prices but I would not pay what we paid anywhere else outside of London.

I expected better for the price
Pros:

The bed was comfy.

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic and served to your room. They asked nothing at all about intolerances / allergens which meant we couldnt eat the toast they buttered and some parts of the breakfast were just luke-warm. The bathroom was dirty and felt very cheap. The glasses provided for coffee only (no tea provided) were also dirty. There were loose wires hanging on the wall where a TV used to be.

Would not stay again, have stayed in better hotels for similar price in London

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

The main shower head sprayed out of the shower cubicle so we couldn't use it. Had to use the hand held shower head. Didn't get any breakfast for 2 out of 3 days
