Ubicación excelente y muy cómodo
Pros:

El trato del personal fue muy bueno, la cama era muy cómoda y la ubicación bastante buena, estando a solo 3 minutos de estación de tren andando y a 10 de metro.
Servían un gran desayuno y te lo traían a la habitación cada mañana!!

Cons:

Mejoraría un poco el cuidado de las instalaciones, renovarlas y un poco más de limpieza, por lo demás genial!

Apenas os funcionários - são educados e atenciosos. O quarto é sujo e cama e Lençóis sujos - com cabelos dos hóspedes anteriores. Ele até pediram pra avaliar bem o hotel ! Eles são honestos - e um lugar seguro - pena que pecam muito com a higiene do local

The man at the reception was very kind and helpful. He brought me toilet paper because the roll in my room had been left empty.

Cons:

During my stay at the hotel, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. When I arrived, I noticed that the bed linen had not been changed – there were hairs on it, which was very unpleasant. The bedding also looked old and dirty.

The bathroom was in a very poor condition as well. There was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom that clearly had not been replaced for a new guest. The toilet was extremely dirty, and the shower was also not properly cleaned.

Unfortunately, the level of hygiene in this hotel is very low and definitely needs improvement. This kind of condition is unacceptable for hotel guests.

On the pictures it looked nice that’s why I booked

Cons:

It has changed name, window in bedroom was cracked and wouldn’t lock handles missing, rooms had paint everywhere, under beds were dusty and had rubbish under them, found human pubic hairs in showers and smoke detector was hanging off and staff was rude

Manager of this hotel Mr Haroon is very professional and cooperative guy, he knows you to provide coustomer service, he is exceptional.
And the price and the location, 10/10

Cons:

Die Dusche war undicht und beim Duschkopf war etwas undicht so dass nur ca die Hälfte des Wassers aus dem Duschkopf kam und nicht schon vorher an der Seite raus.
Allerdings hat der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption gesagt dass sich darum gekümmert wird( wir waren nur eine Nacht dort)
