Most things tbh.
Moment I stepped in it was very welcoming.
Met every need and question that I asked. Finally when I woke up second morning , on time for breakfast, just lol it was amazing, cooked to perfection not too cold and not steaming hot that it didn't burn my mouth. Very grateful.
Second night no radio on t.v
So sleep was inconsistent but better than hostels stays.

was allowed in the room at 1500 we needed to be at a concert at 1700 tried to book somewhere else as totally not what the photos showed on booking.com I have taken pic to show how bad it is we left first thing in the morning not wanting any breakfast after what we saw with the front pic the bathroom which was absolutely disgusting the room was the oic shown so left fitst thing in the morning and put a offical complaint in so we left after one day no breakfast and was not willing to stay another night there was 2 printed out notes put on the doior in the reception say having a problem with the connection to the tv we are aware off it also the wifi only worked in the hallway not in the room staight out our window was a working garage very very disappointed the oic on the website booking . com have been photo shopped i have put an official complaint into booking. com
the booking.com website photos are not what is actually there i would not even give it a one star i would like booking .com to send someone there to stay one night and see how bad it is

Check in not very organised rooms not ready a few other guests also waiting for rooms after specified time.

Pillows are really thin and they don't have extra in the room. They state parking is available but 3 spaces outside which are used by staff most likely is not really off road parking. Kettle needed a deep clean. Nearby streets are all permitted parking.
I was staying with my young daughter for the first time in London. We are country girls so I was a bit nervous. The gentleman and young lady (maybe daughter) put me completely at ease and I knew we were safe for the night.
As it’s an old building the drainage system smelt a bit but was bearable! Also would have loved 2 pillows instead of one x
Location is perfect, train station 30 seconds down the road, shops on the the main road aswell. Staff were superb, made my stay perfect with breakfast in bed in the the mornings.

I can't say I liked much if I'm honest.
The room was dirty, the bathroom was awful, I couldn't wash in there. The walls were covered in dirt, carpet had marks all over it including a red substance, I paid for a room with WiFi and breakfast, no WiFi or breakfast was offered. No staff around to speak to about any problems, My door had to be wedged shut.
When I got back into the hotel late after a concert there was a rat running along the hall living it's best life. I Will not ever stay there again, for a woman travelling alone it will never be my first choice of places to stay.
Reception was friendly and welcoming. I had special needs as I had prepared myself for the underground strike and was driving. They accommodated my needs. I like that breakfast is included and I was even able to have it a bit early as it is only from 8 am.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport, shops, and local attractions. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Check in and check out were quick and hassle free, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.

The bed was nice to sleep in.
The shower was awful. The breakfast was Ok. I was on the ground so I was on the main road next to the traffic lights. Also The TV didn't work. But I was there for the football so it done for one night and the station was very close
