Pros:

Gentillesse à l'accueil, disponible jusqu'à 21h passées. Douche très puissante et très agréable. Chambre assez grande. Bien situé prés du port et ses restaurants.

Anche se il tempo era brutto, sono stati 2 bei giorni.
Pros:

Collezione, tanta scelta, per chi ha tanta fame. Ambiente carino e molto pulito. Posizione pratica per fare passeggiate a piedi, si raggiunge il porto di Frejus in pochi minuti, si cammina lungo il canale, insomma tutto ok.

Pleasant stay but I would not chose breakfast or dinner included if I were to come again.
Pros:

The room was bright, the balcony was great especially for my little one, it was very clean and the shower had very good water pressure. The staff at the reception were very nice as well as the staff at the restaurant.

Cons:

The breakfast was a let down. There were very little choices, definitely not catering for all dietary needs. There needs to be more options in terms of cereals, more milk, fried eggs not just the option to boil your own egg, more fruits as well as more options of cheeses.
In terms of the restaurant, the foods included as part of the deal for dinner were not many, difficult to eat the same things every day for a whole week. Also staff need to be more careful and let people know if something is not included as part of the deal and it will incur additional charges. At leaving were were asked to pay a bill for the restaurant for things we did not know were not included. This is normally not an issue if we know about it and it is our choice.

Etablissement très bien situé,calme,équipe souriante et disponible.
Pros:

Nous avons fait une demande de chambre PMR tout à fait adaptée ,très propre et une douche avec eau chaude immediate, merci à Sophie et toute sont équipe. C'est parfait ! Continuez comme ça.

dans l'ensemble le confort de la chambre était tres bien et tres correct

Cons:

grosse ombre au tableau pour pouvoir doter le confort au maximum IMPOSSIBILITE TOTALE de connexion à internet ni sur mon ephone ni sur mon ordinateur !!!j'aimerais que l'on m'explique la raison car je n'ai jamais subi cela c'est la premiére fois que cela m'arrive...
j'ai demandé plusieurs fois à la réception aucune solution ne m'a été apportée!
