Very satisfied.
Pros:

The hotel’s location was truly perfect, very convenient and close to all the main points of interest. The cleanliness was excellent, as the room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. Overall experience was very positive. In general, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Cons:

The facilities are a bit outdated and could use some renovation at rooms.

Não possui ar condicionado fora do verão

Minha experiência no Hotel Ônix Rambla, em Barcelona, foi bastante decepcionante.

Um dos principais problemas é que o ar-condicionado simplesmente não funciona fora do verão, e isso não é informado no momento da reserva. Mesmo com a temperatura externa mais amena, o quarto fica extremamente abafado e desconfortável, tornando a estadia desagradável. O frigobar também não funciona nessa época, o que agrava ainda mais a situação.

Essa situação se torna ainda mais grave pelo fato de eu estar viajando com um bebê de 5 meses. O calor excessivo no quarto compromete diretamente o conforto e o bem-estar da criança, o que torna a falta de climatização algo inaceitável.

O frigobar não esfria além de ser muito pequeno . Isso não condiz com um hotel 3 estrelas que cobra altos valores em sua diária.

Além disso, enfrentei um problema sério com o cofre do quarto, que não estava funcionando corretamente.

O café da manhã também não vale a pena. Só tem pão, queijo e sucos industrializado com cores estranhas .

Apesar da excelente localização e na prestabilidade e cordialidade das meninas que atuam na recepção durante o dia, no geral, falta transparência nas informações. Não recomendo.

Pros:

位置非常方便、房間.廁所很大、員工非常友善
床跟枕頭都很乾淨又舒服

Cons:

室內有點熱，空調只有熱風
隔音不太好，有人在房外聽起來非常大聲，另外是樓上走路聲音超大，像有大象的走路聲，偶爾會出現
這兩點如果可以改善，這間飯店會非常推薦
