The receptionists were the best! Both Judith ! Jessica were so helpful and easy to talk with. They both made our stay the most comfortable in such a big city. The hotel was just right: comfy beds,a real bathtub (or shower) with hot water! Our transferred backpacks were stored securely too! Advice on restaurants… we stayed 3 nights!

Precio. Muy caro para un hostal...pero Santiago en determinadas fechas esta muy saturado...y no hay alternativas mas baratas tampoco. Aun asi repetiria .
La ubicación, cercana al casco histórico y también a la estación de trenes. El autobús al aeropuerto enfrente.
La habitación cómoda y de buenas dimensiones. Buena relación calidad precio
La ubicación es excelente ya que está a pocos pasos de la estación de tren y a pocos minutos del casco histórico de la ciudad.
La habitación es minúscula, sin luz natural y con vistas a un patio anterior. La cuestión es que cuando elegí la habitación en ninguna foto salía anunciada esta habitación, sino no la hubiese cogido. En general el hotel es bastante antiguo y en algunas zonas del baño la limpieza brilla por su ausencia.
El personal de recepción fue agradable y simplemente creo que es caro para lo que se ofrecía.
