Habitación amplia y muy limpia, aunque conviene saber que la plaza de enfrente tiene ruido nocturno
Pros:

Muy contentos con la habitación, amplia y cómoda, y todo impecable en cuanto a limpieza.

Cons:

Como único punto a tener en cuenta, la plaza que hay justo enfrente del hotel genera bastante ruido hasta altas horas de la noche, así que si eres de sueño ligero quizá te convenga pedir una habitación que no dé a esa zona. Aun así, en general la estancia fue muy satisfactoria.

la ubicación junto a la plaza de Galicia y cerca de la estación de tren

Cons:

La habitación era angosta, sin aire acondicionado ni ventilador en pleno verano y con olas de calor repetidas y lo peor la ventana daba a un angosto patio de luces sin casi ventilación ni luz natural. No me pareció adecuada a lo que había pagado por la habitación.

Ubicación y trato de la recepcionista y la dueña.

Cons:

Aire acondicionado roto en la habitación en plena ola de calor en Santiago de Compostela, se disculparon pero no nos dieron ninguna solución ni compensación.

The staff were very very helpful & efficient. They went above & beyond the call of duty, even purchasing a new fan for my room to counter the high temperatures

Einfach nur eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht, aber auch nicht mehr.

Cons:

Ausstattung sehr sporadisch, ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Personal bemüht, aber auch nicht mehr. Aufpreis für Terasse mit Blick auf den Innenhof kann man sich sparen (siehe Bilder).
