Good value and location
Pros:

It is 2 star. It is close to the centre and train station. Best beds and pillows i slept in all week. Clean and friendly staff

Ho trovato delle cimici da letto nella stanza. Una situazione davvero inaccettabile e molto spiacevole, che mi ha impedito di dormire per tutta la notte. Solo l’idea di essere a contatto con delle cimici mi ha provocato un forte senso di disgusto e disagio. Ritengo che la presenza di cimici in una camera sia una grave mancanza di igiene e di controllo, soprattutto considerando che si tratta di una struttura ricettiva

No es adecuada la calidad relación precio.
Pagar 100 euros por una habitación y que no haya rollo de papel higiénico si no dispensador de papel de mala calidad no se corresponde con el precio que uno paga.

Pros:

Perfect location, very close to the histoorical center of Santiago without it being noisy. Good price for such a location.

Cons:

We have left our luggage in the hotel the day of check-out, and when we came back it was hard to get back in into the hotel as you either need a code or the card which we didn't have any more.
