Room was cold, reception unable to help. The hot food for the evening was self service microwave.
Breakfast was good. Room comfortable and good parking

Bit difficult to find the hotel at first.
On arrival we were allocated a room on the second floor.
A lady that was servicing the rooms noticed that we had mobility difficulties, having prepared a room on the ground floor, she went to reception and organised the the re-allocation to us.
The room was clean and comfortable.
Buffet breakfast in the morning was excellent with a variety of choices.

A great one night stay before catching the ferry to the U.K. the next day. The hotel is in a very quiet setting, a short walk to a bus stop which takes you to the centre of St Malo. Rooms are spacious and breakfast was plentiful. Staff also friendly and helpful, would recommend and would stay again.

Amazing accommodation and very happy staff

We stayed at Hôtel Oré for one night for our return trip to the UK via an early morning ferry. The hotel was situated on the outskirts of St. Malo in a quiet area and had plenty of parking.
It was a shame we couldn't stay longer to make the most of the hotel which looked really lovely. We had a quad room with one double and two single beds. The decor was tasteful, the room clean and spacious. The bathroom was also clean and roomy. The room was well sound proofed and we were aware of very little noise from other guests.
There were no restaurants in walking distance but we found something suitable a few minutes drive away.

Extraordinary service, tasty breakfast and great rooms. Be aware, that the co-working space is open after the breakfast slot.

Hôtel au top mais pas l'emplacement

Abbiamo pernottato una notte sola in una camera famigliare per quattro persone. Camera enorme e pulitissima, personale super disponibile. Fuori dal centro, ma in 5 minuti si raggiunge la zona della città vecchia. Ottima esperienza.

Very Dissapointing staff. After personal request for room cleaning at 1pm, they never cleaned our room. But Main problem was careless attitude from staff afterwards. Manager never answer e mail. Reception people useless. Wonderful people and extremely beautiful region of Bretagne deserves to have better hotels than this one.

Fint hotell med flotte ute og inne områder. Helt nytt og koselig interiør. God frokost! Vi leide familierom til fire en natt. Kort vei til sentrum. Vi kommer gjerne igjen!

Very nice rooms. Good breakfast. Great bed. Quiet neighborhood.
It's not near St. Malo center. Good for exploring the area.
